Jeremie was wonderful to work with and the finished product is just what we were hoping for. He was able to come to our house and provide an estimate within two days of my inquiry, scheduled the job within two weeks, was knowledgeable, reasonably priced, responsive and great to communicate with, and did terrific work. I highly recommend Jeremie and his team!

We paid $20,000 for materials for our job. They disappeared the month of December. Then the trusses were delivered. Jeremy needed more money as he stated prices went up since we wrote the check in November. He spent the money on who knows what but it wasn’t the materials he should have ordered? Yes that’s stealing! We fired him and he doesn’t have my money to refund? He offered $2,000 of the $15,500 he should have placed in an account and we now have to wait for some kind of business loan to get our funds back. Not professional at all. Mismanaged our money and gets very personally negative when it’s brought up. Always tries to blame others for his shortcomings.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I requested a quote from Southern Sky Landscaping LLC to build a concrete pad in High Rolls, NM. The requested size was an estimate of what was needed. After deciding on hiring Mr. Carrillo, we communicated via face-to-face conversations, phone calls, and text messages to confirm the location and dimensions on the concrete pad to later support a metal shed. Jeramie acknowledged the request for the larger dimensions and preceded with the planning stage to complete the job. Throughout the next month or two, he was continuously making excuses for why he either needed more money than originally agreed upon or needed more time to complete the project. When i finally had a chance to inspect his work, I discovered that the concrete pad was not completed correctly by any means. Not only was it smaller than agreed upon, it was full of cracks, it was not level, it did not have the six inch footers as agreed upon, and it was hardly square leaving this pad unusable for its intended purpose. His concrete forms had still not been removed over two months later. I contacted Mr. Carrillo and requested that he correct his mistakes immediately. Again, he gave excuses as to why he could not correct his work and he proceeded to block both my wife and I on most forms of communication. Jeramie's work was not even worth half of what I paid him. And to make matters worse, now I have to spend even more money to fix his mistakes. Do not hire Jeramie Carrillo with Southern Sky Landscaping LLC.

I DO NOT recommend this company. A nightmare from the start. At least an hour late EVERY day. Consistantly arrived without tools, or with broken tools, not prepared to do the work. Promised a TEAM, sent one man and forced him to rush the job, resulting in property damage and a finished job that was nothing like promised. Now I'm finishing the work I paid them to do. Property damage was repaired by company insursnce, but also at great inconvenience to us. Big talk, EXPENSIVE, disappointing results. Again, I DO NOT recommend!
