After being promised a well within a couple of months I have waited almost a year. He lied to me every step of the way that is when he bothered to respond at all. The state engineer had to call me because Mr. Looney would not respond to their calls either. After waiting almost a year to have water in my new house he told me he couldn't do it because the paperwork was too confusing and my land was a mess. The land was not a problem to him a year ago when he sent me a contract
