I don't even know why you should give them any star . Rip off looked at the appliances stated not fixable and charged 200.00 dollars, spend more time writing invoice than checking the applianceIf I knew I would have never called themI called another place they told me they could fix it for $140.00 . Try Las Cruces much better and more honest

LG Appliance contracted with Jesus to fix our brand new air conditioner that broke the first day of using. After calling and calling he did show up. Looked at our unit for a couple minutes then stated he would order a part to fix it. Three weeks passed without a word from him so I called. His wife answered the phone and told me to just return it to Home Depot no biggie!I asked her to have Jesus phone me back...he never did!

Called to repair range. He spent 30 seconds and said the cost of repairing it would exceed the value of the item. Charged me $100. When I tried to get him to work with the Appliance Warrantee people, he said he'd charge me a ton just to deal with them and it want even worth it.I took 5 mins as a girl who knows nothing about stove repair and pulled the back panel and found a wire that had came loose. I plugged it in and it worked. Terrible company, dont use Jesus. What a waste.

I couldn't believe that previous review that only gave Western Mechanical a one star rating after my experience with them. However it was also 7 years ago! After having had my washer and refrigerator both needing service within the same week. Jesus Polanco was very professional, he came the following day after I called to repair my refrigerator. Within two days my washer stopped working I called Mr. Polanco and he was able to come that very same day I called to fix my washer. I was very happy with the service I almost thought I had to buy a new washer but luckily it was only a part I needed, the contractor had available with him in his service vehicle. I would recommend Jesus Polanco to anyone who needs there appliances fixed!

I contacted this business about two months ago (maybe even longer) and requested a technician to come out and look at dishwasher. One did, said he needed parts and that he would be back. He did come out and did nothing. Just started at dishwasher and left. Last week contacted them again and a Jesus Polanco was to come out and fix the dishwasher and no show. Called his office and direct line and no response. Do not recommend at all. Quite disappointed.
