I had a list of projects I needed done at my house. I sent an email and left a voicemail about the work I needed completed. It took a week to receive a response. Once I did, we scheduled a time for Butch to come out. I came home from work early for him not to show. I received a call from the secretary later in the day to set up another time for Butch to stop out, so I agreed to it. I again came home from work early and he never showed. I also never received a phone call. At this point, I didn't bother reaching out again because I didn't want such an unreliable company performing work at my house. Really too bad.
