My experience with Fine Line was excellent from start to finish. I had a complete roof done along with a new skylight in a bathroom. Patrick and his team did a great job and we are very satisfied with the finished product. The work was done over the course of two days, exactly what I was quoted, and they cleaned everything up to the point where you didn't know a roof was torn off. I experienced really good communication (from both Patrick and Nicole), and my initial quote was very detailed and professional. I highly recommend Fine Line and I know I'll be calling them for my future house projects. I'd also add that I received roof quotes from multiple companies and Fine Line came right in the middle, but I was impressed with their presentation and professionalism. I also like going with a local, family owned business.

Patrick & his crew recently replaced a roof at Blodgett Family Farm. Patrick came to give the quote quickly, Nichole sent it to us, we signed and the work was completed a few weeks later. Weather held it off a little, but when the crew arrived, they worked hard and long and the result is a beautiful non-leaking roof. We heartily recommend Fine Line... They did a fantastic job! The quote included only 2 plywoods replacement, but they were open and warned me ahead of time that there are many more plywoods having to be replaced, so I wouldn't be caught off guard with increased cost, which I appreciate.When I noticed the debris falling into the attic space. I asked them to clean up and they gladly did! The debris also fell into the garage space and they cleaned up without me asking! The roofers accidently dropped a big piece of wood into the attic and caused a crack in the ceiling, I mentioned about it, and the supervisor repaired the ceiling himself, and even painted the whole ceiling, without extra cost! You cannot tell there was a hole in the ceiling anymore.They also replaced the full gutter system, and found a big rotten lumber caused by carpenter ants, they sprayed the nest and removed it. Installed the new lumber with no extra cost, which I truly appreciate about.After I did a walk-through myself, I mentioned a couple of things, like missing vent (mentioned in the contract), small daylight coming in the attic, etc. They came on last day to repair them without any complaints! They are a great team! Very friendly!I'm Deaf, so they are more than willing to use phone text as our primary method of communication so there was no communication barrier! The only downside is the cost, but their price is more reasonable than other companies, and they inform me in advance with increasing cost in the industry.I'd use this company again! Before reaching out to Fine Line Improvements we got quotes from a couple other companies. The quote from Fine Line was cheaper than the competitors, and Pat suggested to us that we may even be able to get some or all of our repairs covered by insurance due to wind damage. We were very pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was. When Pat came over for the first time to take a look at the roof he was quick, knowledgeable and even climbed up there to fill in a couple of nail holes while we talked. He sent his team over shortly afterwards to chalk the roof damage and take pictures. Within a week or two we had insurance approval for the repair of the roof. Nicole scheduled the work to be done while we were out of town which was perfect so that the noise didn't bother the kids. When we returned home our roof was complete and our property was well cared for. In the past I have experienced roofers leaving nails behind in the grass which was a concern I had about our kids running around barefoot after getting our roof. Thankfully, Pat and his team left nothing behind. We can't thank Pat, Nicole & their team enough for their hard work. We would recommend them to anybody.Service: Roof installation

Fine Line did a very exceptional job from start to finish. We called them as we had a leak in our roof. Patrick & Brett immediately came out the same day, assessed the roof and through on a tarp for a temp fix. Brett was very professional with staying in contact throughout the whole process from the beginning till the end, he addressed all questions & concerns as needed. The Fine Line crew did a complete tear off & new roof in a day we were amazed. We had a leak coming through our living room ceiling light. We called seven contractors ~ SEVEN - and only two responded. One of them was Patrick from Fine Line. We were impressed from the beginning. His wife answered the phone, took our information and let us know her husband would call us that evening. And he did. He arranged to come out a few days later. He came, as scheduled, on time. He thoroughly inspected our roof with my husband and explained everything. He sat in our driveway for over 45 minutes writing up three estimates so we could choose. - repair, partial replacement or total tear off and replacement. He never pressured us to do a whole new roof but because the price was so reasonable and because we felt so comfortable, that is what we decided.He emailed us the estimates, we returned with our answer and he called to schedule our job. Three weeks later the crew arrived ON TIME, as scheduled. They were hard working and cleaned up after themselves. Patrick dropped by each day to check progress and make sure we were satisfied with the progress and the crew. Within two days we had a brand new roof with no surprises or added costs. Patrick is one of a kind. We talked quite a bit and he has a lot of experience not only with roofing but with general contracting. I will definitely be calling on him again in the future. Patrick, Brett, and their crew were fantastic. We have a flat garage roof that started to leak and needed to have some of the base material as well as the rubber top coat material replaced. I had a hard time finding many roofers in town who seemed to do this type of installation for residential properties but Fine Line was more than up to the task. Despite a number of weather-related set-backs that pushed the job date back, Brett was always very communicative and professional. The job turned out better than expected and despite needing to purchase a few additional materials, Patrick held true to the original estimate. Nice guys and easy to work with. According to reviews, they seem to do good work. The office staff was very friendly and polite. Unfortunately, it quickly ended there. Patrick sent one text 30 min after our set appt telling me he’d be delayed a couple hours. I waited. Never heard from him or the company again. At least I hadn’t hired them yet.

Patrick and the Fine Line crew did a great job replacing my skylight glass and installing bath vents. I have been looking for years for someone to replace the fogged glass in my skylights without having to replace the entire skylight. I finally gave up and had Fine Line out to give me a replacement price but asked about glass replacement and he said "yes, no problem". So had the glass replaced and they look great and cost a fraction of what a full replacement would have been. I recommend Fine Line for any home improvement and will have them back for my next project.

Patrick was able to come out the same day that I called. Figure out what was the problem causing the leak in my living room and then repaired that as well as another questionable spot all at the same time. I'll definitely be calling Fine Line back when its time for a new roof.
