Called them on a recommendation from a plumbing store. They fixed my plumbing issues that I’ve had for years that nobody else could diagnose. They thoroughly went through my plumbing system to make sure it was running accurately. Very Patiently answered all my questions. I was more then pleased with their service and very grateful for the work they did.

Needed a dripping pipe to be fixed in the basement.Called Monday, February 12th, just after 4pm and went to voicemail - did not leave a message.Called Tuesday, Feb 13th around 10:30am and went to voicemail - left a detailed message.Called Wednesday, Feb 14th just after 1pm and Brian picked up. I briefly explained the situation and he told me he couldn’t get to me today. I asked if I could be placed on the schedule and he said he was headed out and to call back and leave a voicemail. I explained I had left one yesterday and he said to leave another one to make sure it gets written down. I called back and left another detailed message.Now March, we’ve heard nothing from them.

Bill spent multiple days right before Thanksgiving at our house trying to fix our 20-year-old furnace. Multiple people had already come and either flaked or told us we needed to replace it. He managed to fix it and saved us thousands of dollars. While trying to fix it, Bill stayed on hold with the manufacturer for over 2 hours before finally getting some technical support. He is honestly an angel.
