Disaster relief was able to schedule a vent cleaning for me within a day!! Max and Kevin called ahead to ensure it was OK to arrive early. They were extremely polite and thoroughly explained every step in the process so i knew what to expect. They were friendly and knowledgeable and i plan to use this company for future vent cleanings as they did an excellent job, as you can see from the before and after pictures! I highly recommend!!!

Words cannot express the gratitude and appreciation we have for Jesse and the whole team at Disaster Relief. We had some mold damage in our our home due to a really bad storm that had resulted in water penetration from our roof. Jesse promptly came out and assessed the situation and put a plan in place for immediate removal.Unfortunately for us, our insurance company denied our claim (blaming the water damage on our chimney) and we were left stranded and felt alone trying to battle a big insurance company. Jesse helped guide us along the way and gave us direction. He even reached out to our insurance company himself to give them his professional opinion. It felt like a sigh of relief to actually have someone in our corner, fighting along side us for what was right.The disaster Relief team stepped in and removed all of the mold and got us back into our home safe and sound. Their knowledge and expertise is second to none, but above all else is their understanding and empathy. Disaster Relief is class personified and we would not have been able to do it without them. I would not hesitate to call them if we ever found ourselves in a similar situation in the future. This team is the best!!!!!

I can't even begin to express my appreciation and gratitude towards Disaster Relief. Our story began over a year ago when disaster struck with water leaking all over our floors. Unfortunately, due to bad carpentry and hazardous products installed in our house, we had to completely gut and redo our house. The insurance the whole way fought us for every penny. Luckily, we found and had the perfect company to help. Disaster Relief!!! If it wasn't for Dylan, Kaylee, Jesse, and Kippy I don't know how we would have made it through the process of an insurance claim. All the team members would go above and beyond all expectations. They were courteous and knowledgeable. The coaching, instructions, and knowledge they provided me were instrumental in ensuring the insurance would pay for exactly what a homeowners policy should. If you are ever in a situation that involves your home and the insurance company, I would start with calling this company. Their attention to detail, reports and photos, and anything else you would need to negotiate with your insurance was crucial and precise. We are forever in their debt and highly recommend them.

Dylan and two other crew members arrived at our fire hall for an emergency repair. All I can say is their professionalism and very fast service saved us from a very long weekend. I felt bad that they were working out in the elements, namely a heavy snow and lightning that was occurring but it didn't seem to bother them at all. We appreciated their response in securing our door. It's good to know that if you have an emergency that good quality service exists in the area.

Had an emergency situation at my house, sewer water had flooded my basement. Once the plumbers were finished Jesse and his crew came in and did a thoroughly professional job from diagnosing to estimating to doing the work. They worked with my insurance agent and made it much easier to get the situation resolved.I cannot say enough good things about his crew. Clean up was amazingly and the customer service was first rate.Jesse himself was in communication every step of the way. Thank you guys.

My basement flooded due to a plugged drain while my water softener went through its regeneration cycle. The perfect storm for flooding a basement. Dylan and crew arrived within an hour after I called and quickly assessed the situation and began setting up their equipment to dry out my basement. Everyone on their crew was courteous, caring and professional. They took readings daily and made adjustments to equipment placement to maximize drying efficiency. They cleaned up everything quickly when removing wet floor boards and were very respectful when moving my furniture and items to prevent further damage. I’m grateful for their assistance and highly recommend them to anyone in this situation.

I can't even begin to express how wonderful WNY Disaster Relief was to work with when I had water in my basement resulting in a lot of mold. When the plumber was finished repairing the problem, he recommended WNY Disaster Relief for the mold removal etc., which turned out to be a blessing! Every single employee went above and beyond to help resolve this problem. Dylan met with me to explain the process. He was professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. Next step was Max and his crew removing the mold and all that entailed. They explained everything as they went along, answered all of my many questions patiently, always had smiles and kind words during the endless stress. They took and shared pictures and cleaned up at the end of their part. They were all wonderful! Jesse was up next. He was in constant communication with me, calmed me and reassured me when the insurance company gave me a hard time, knew all the regulations that were pertinent to my case and I always felt safe and sure that we'd have a favorable outcome because of his confident and easy going demeanor. Kaylee was last but not least in this process. She kept at my insurance company when they were dragging their feet and negotiated with them making sure they paid for exactly what my policy stated! She is wonderful! They are all WONDERFUL! I have and will continue to recommend WNY Disaster Relief to anyone needing these services!

If you are reading this review, your home is likely in a bad spot and you are looking for a company that is trustworthy to help mitigate the damage. This was the situation we were in when we started working with Disaster Relief, and I'm pleased to report that our experience with the team was a positive one.Their estimator Jesse was prompt and flexible in coming to our home to assess our damage - when I mentioned having a child with health challenges, he took it seriously and made our family feel like a priority. Jesse was candid about interacting with insurance companies and thoughtful of our questions and needs.Work on site was lead by Max and his crew. This team was highly professional - they kept our home as clean as possible while gutting out our damaged spaces. More than anything, I felt that they took their work seriously.As the job continued my wife and I noticed a spot that we thought could use further attention. Without hesitation the co-owner of the company, Dylan, personally came by to look things over, and his crew was in place first thing the following morning to address our concern. I had my air ducts cleaned last week. Despite WNY crazy weather and an appointment postponement due to a travel ban Disaster Relief maintained great communication.Kevin was very informative and took his time to explain his tools and processes to me and my kids. He called me downstairs to see the live video of the vents.Tina was beyond kind and sweet to my kids who were very interested in her tasks like covering the vents.It was clear that Kevin takes a lot of pride in his job and seems like he's been doing it for a while. He's the type of employee I'd like to have!Id absolutely call this company back if disaster struck! 10/10

Wow! Bob and his team were amazing and super helpful from beginning to end! We used his team for everything from drywall to paint and to get our custom cabinet built! Everyone we interacted with was courteous and professional! Bob helped us navigate every step of the process! While in Florida our home in Buffalo had a sump pump failure - leading to water in the basement. Luckily a neighbor alerted us quickly and better yet, Disaster Relief came to clean up. We had a house fire in 2017. Bob and his crew from Disaster Relief came in to board up the house, clean out the mess and then helped me with insurance issues. We had a horrible experience with the fire and continuence issues with the insurance company. Bob was there with me through it all with his knowledge, experience, and compassion for our family. He had knowledgeable subcontractors that came in and rebuilt my house the way I wanted it, even though he had to do this with a lot of conversations with the insurance adjuster. We were put on a time frame, Bob and his team made it happen. They did fantastic work. Bob and his wife Christine, were there for me always. They always kept me informed on a daily basis, sometimes more. The cleaning they did saved treasured memories, and items that had been in our family for generations. Their work is exceptional and they truly cared about us, they were our support and friends many times! Distaster relief is honest, trustworthy, and want to help families when disaster strikes. You won't be sorry with this crew.

We had a mistake made with an insulation company putting the wrong mixture of spray foam in our walls which was off gassing and the smell took over our whole house. Disaster Relief has been helping us through everything and guiding us on every step to take. We had the unfortunate experience of having a fire happen at our garage and Dylan reached out to us shortly after to offer his services. We then met with Disaster Relief and were impressed with their knowledge of the insurance process. Based on their reviews online and their helpfulness upfront, we selected Disaster Relief initially to do the mold remediation and content store. We are so incredibly grateful to have chosen Disaster Relief for our mold remediation of the mold that grew from the water used to put out the fire that we also selected them to be our general contractor for the rebuild. The insurance company was a nightmare to deal with and Jesse and Dylan provided us everything we needed to arm ourselves with the information necessary to deal with the insurance company. I cannot recommend them enough - they know how stressful the aftermath of a fire can be and they are incredibly supportive with what can be a hard process in dealing with the insurance company.
