To be honest, this review is more like 4.75 stars, but it's either 4 or 5 and since, in my opinion, everything wasn't perfect, I went with 4.I had my tub/shower combo converted to a walk-in shower. About 6 years ago, Alure redid my kitchen and I was VERY happy with the results. That's why I went back to them for this job. I can't compare their price to anyone else because I didn't get any other prices.The install itself went perfectly. Absolutely no complaints on that. The 4 workers, scheduled to arrive between 8 - 10 AM, arrived around 830 and got right to work. Floor protection was put in place first. The head installer gave his team instructions and demo soon began. During demo, they made sure to keep the door to the bathroom closed so as not to spread dust throughout the house.Once they started, they didn't stop. They chose to work through their lunch in order to finish early which they did at about 3 PM. Along the way, their were certain design decision that I needed to make (nothing unexpected) so, when the time came, I was consulted and work continued. I am extremely happy with the way the new shower looks and looking forward to many years of usage in the future.My only deduction from a 5 star rating is that the sheet good that were installed on the shower walls required cutting. That's expected. However, they probably should have had some kind of tarp underneath the area where all the cutting took place. The cutting of the material, which was white in color, left a very noticeable pattern on my front lawn. Since the material is obviously not water soluble, it's not going to dissolve. Once it dries out after today's rain, I am going to try to use a shop vac on the area to better clean the area. Note: I will say that while my front "lawn" isn't exactly lush green grass, if I had such a lawn, I'd be extremely upset by what was left behind. A tarp on the ground would allow for easy collection of the remnants and protect anyone's lawn. I have included a picture of the finished shower and the remnants on the ground outside.All in all, I'm very happy I chose Alure for this project and would recommend them to anyone.

Had all the windows in our home replaced a by alure and we have a leak through one of the window frames just 7 months post installation. Also The installer forgot to put caulk on a separate window.Called alure to have them service the poorly installed $5000 bay window and of course no answers.My advice: Give your money to a company that wants to earn it.Update: they came and “fixed” the issue. Now back to the same leaking problem. Possible damage to wall and electrical wires. Trim around window damaged.Also note the “fine” calking job done.Seriously take your money else where.

The workmanship done in my new bathroom is beautiful. The workers came early, stayed late and cleaned up after themselves. The glitch came in the planning( part not ordered, wrong sink ordered,) so a 7 day bathroom turned into 20 days. That's why it's a 3 rating.

It was a frustrating experience. My project manager Justin is the worst with very little to no communication. nothing was wiped down before they left. There are prints and dust on everything in the bathroom. Uneven tiles and grout lines the niche in the wall looks very unprofessional. it does not look like a $25,000 bathroom. I'm glad I started with the small project and not the big renovation because this didn't work out well for me. I am still dealing with this company not even a year later my bathroom is falling apart. They've been back four times for patch work and still not right. Extremely upset and dissatisfied with their work and what they are doing to make it right.

The Production Supervisor Mr. Richard Spinelli was instrumental in the smooth operation, timely transitioning of each team involved in a stellar renovation of my bathroom. His attentive catering to my unique and specific needs in addition to his willingness to go above and beyond for the sake of the customer speaks volume and should not go unnoticed. I would be remiss if I failed to give kudos to the other team players of your company that I was fortunate to have during the different stages of my renovation. I applaud your company for having the insight to have employed someone of Mr. spinelli’s calibre. He is truly one of a kind. Keep up the good work. We called Alure because our handicap bathroom remodeling job that had been installed by a private company which had been recommended by a neighbor in Spring 2021 was not functioning. The walk-in shower was not draining properly. When we called them, the owner hung up! I decided we should have called a well-known, well respected company to help us. That day an Alure flyer was in our mailbox! I called them immediately.Danny Gomez, the Alure sales consultant who met with us was professional, informed and truly concerned about our needs. He knows the line of products Alure offers. He took his time listening to us and what my husband who has Parkinson’s Disease needs in a handicap shower. He pointed out all the faulty problems the other company had done. For example, Danny showed us that the grading of the drain was not proper, the level of the shower floor was basically flat and what little grading it had was in fact tilted away from the drain causing water of the shower to flow onto the floor causing a flood inside of the bathroom and continuing outside causing damage to the floor outside.We forgot Danny Gomez was a salesperson as we bonded because of his truly caring personality. He helped us choose products and a design and worked it into our budget. Danny Gomez is an outstanding consultant of Alure, a company with an exceptional history of customer satisfaction.

Alure is a great company to deal with. We recently had our kitchen redone and the quality and workmanship was excellent. We loved the one stop shopping of picking out everything we needed in their beautiful showroom and our salesman was so knowledgeable with great ideas. As for the construction part, we had a foreman come daily that always kept us informed of what was being done and we always new what contractors to expect daily. The condominium complex that I live in used Alure for our new roofing. They did a great job, Good pricing and our roofs will be good for many years to come. There is so much to say about this company! From Doug who came out to get a feel for what we want and come up with a plan, to Frank who was on top of our job making sure everything was going according to plan. The crew was so courteous and professional and CLEAN. My job was done on time, and the small hit list afterward was handled without any fuss. Such a great company. They outsource projects to other contractors. I had a dewalt cordless drill in the garage that had gone missing during the time allure and subcontractors they hire were working. Project manager Matt and John bower promised a replacement drill. This was back in fall of 2021 it's now approaching fall of 2022!! No replacement drill and the kitchen is still not completely finished. Several phone calls have been placed to alure good luck trying to get the to answer!!

They did my roof several years ago. Never had a problem since and the men were fantastic. They tarped EVERYTHING so they didn't leave a mess when removing old roofing material. Had to replace some old rotted plywood and put all new materials on. Looks beautiful, house is more quiet and doesn't leak. The workers arrived on time, informed us of the process and did their magic! Very good price and good follow up too!! Doesn't get much better or easier. Now im having ALURE do more work cause we were so pleased!

Dear Potential Customers,Hire an attorney before signing any contract with Alure. Their contract protects themselves and leaves the customer stranded. An estimator gave me a price for a LIFETIME GUARANTEE fiberglass main entry door. I signed a contract and gave him a deposit. One week later, Alure called me and they said they cannot make the door as was written in the contract, but for an additional $800 on top of the original $8,000 they can make something similar. I agreed and sent the money. The contract was signed on December 21, 2016 and the door was supposed to be delivered and installed within 6-8 weeks. Finally at the end of March 2017 they called to set up an appointment for installation. The installation was supposed to cover the lighting and doorbell. I ended up doing this myself.In November 2017 I noticed the door frame was splitting. I took some pictures and sent them to Millie Vernaci. I didn't receive a reply so I called Alure one week later and Millie accused me of damaging the frame myself. She said she would contact the manufacturer to see if this would be covered under the warranty.On February 1, 2018 she sent me an email stating that something hit the frame to cause the damage. After more runaround, on April 25 I spoke to Frank Stehlik who said he would take care of the issue. I tried several more times to contact Frank but he never returned any of my calls. Finally on May 15, 2018 I called and spoke with Cathy Biggers. I asked for Frank, was put on hold, and after 10 minutes she said he would call me. I told her I was promised several times since February that the frame would be fixed. I told her that she and her team were professional liars and over the phone she canceled all agreements and contracts for accusing them of lying.Hire an attorney to read through their contract before doing any business with them.

It's been impossible to spend money with this company.They don't return calls or emails, and now they don't even answer their phone.Are they even still in business?Update to answer Alure's response...I called that number twice today. The phone just kept ringing and no one answered. It didn't even go to an automated system or voicemail.I was previously told by "Byron" that he would contact me and he never did, and getting through to him has been impossible, and he said he was the "customer satisfaction expert".I emailed you again just now. Let's see what happens.
