We are absolutely thrilled with our new deck! Decks Unique was perfect! They came to our house and assessed our yard and gave advice as to what would work best for us. In addition, they provided multiple options and samples for us to view helping make the decision easy. Then the final plan for our deck made it easy for us to see exactly how our deck would look before the project began, allowing us to make changes before it was too late. The crew arrived on time and did an absolutely amazing job dismantling our old deck and installing the new. From start to finish, the whole job only took 2 days! It looks beautiful! Yesterday we had our deck installed by Decks Unique. I had a good feeling about what we were going to be getting after we initially consulted with our salesman. He was great, and didn't try to oversell us. The deck was installed in ONE day! Demolition of the old deck only took a little over an hour.When the building crew was beginning the basic deck layout, I asked to speak to the foreman..and they said speak to "Lou". As it turns out, he's the owner of the company. He was on site and making sure everything got started correctly, and was there most of the day. Very reassuring.The guys did an excellent job and worked like a well-oiled machine. The deck came out perfect! They cleaned up and were very careful around our property. I looked it over carefully, and saw nothing but perfection!So far, it's been less than 6 hours since the deck was built, and if it wasn't raining right now, I'd be out there marveling at our beautiful "Trex Enhance Foggy Wharf."If you are considering having a deck built, by all means...use Decks Unique!.

Working with Decks Unique has hands-down been the best experience that we've had thus far in regards to our home renovations in the three years of owning our new house. They built our new deck exactly as we wanted it in just 3 days and their professionalism and communication was outstanding throughout the entire (very short) process.I had a vision of exactly what I wanted for my back deck, complete with a unique and custom railing that I had found on Pinterest. We got quotes from multiple decking companies and Decks Unique was the only company to tell us that they could make whatever we wanted happen. We also had a pre-existing screened-in porch that other decking companies told us we would need to hire a third party to take down and rebuild in order for the renovations to be completed. Decks Unique not only said they would take it down and build it up themselves if needed, but they ended up finding a way to prop up the structure and work around it without compromising the quality of their work or the decking.Jason designed the deck exactly as I had described to him and sent renderings over to us fairly immediately after going over details. The renderings were so perfect that I thought it was almost too good to be true that the actual deck would come out exactly as I had envisioned it. Lou, Manny and the guys showed up each day at 7am sharp and worked tirelessly for the entire day. I was worried they weren't even breaking for lunch at one point. They managed to demolish our old deck in half of a day and had our brand new deck up in just 3 days. The photos below speak for themselves but I cannot recommend Decks Unique enough and we will definitely be working with them again on our future project that will be the front porch! What a pleasurable experience! From the design and providing renderings down to the installation everything went flawlessly. Communication was always on point, if I had a question a email was almost always answered within an hour. I was away on Vacation while the deck was being built and Jason was nice enough to share pictures of the finished product with me while we were away, they event staged the photos putting my furniture and BBQ's back on the deck for me.Always above and beyond! I highly recommend!

I called many different decking contractors before deciding to go with Decks Unique and all I can say is that I am glad I did. From the initial meeting and planning the experience was wonderful. The contractors who came were great. They worked hard all day and had most of the deck completed in one day. They came back and did the final touches and it looks great. I have gotten many compliments of the deck and I have recommended them to several others. I had a small issue several years after the deck was completed and they were there the next day to fix it. I highly recommend Decks Unique.

Highly recommend Decks Unique. We've gotten so many compliments on our pool deck. (Oval pool 12x20; deck is on one side with stairs on one side.)They were quick and efficient from start to finish. Once we signed the contract, they got us on the calendar quickly. On day of, the crew arrived on time and the whole job was completed within 5 hours. They also did an immaculate job with the clean up after.The price for the deck was more than fair. We reached out to 2 other deck builders and they were charging the same for lesser quality materials.I'm unsure of which areas they service, but Decks Unique did an amazing job for us so if they can make it out to you I would definitely recommend going with them because they know what they're doing.Services: Deck installation, Composite decks, Deck design

What a great experience from beginning to end. Found Decks Unique on social media and filled out a quick inquiry online. I received a call the next day to schedule an estimate. Prior to the design consultant arriving, we received a email from the company giving us a brief bio of the person coming to our house. It felt comfortable knowing a little info on him and it made it feel as if he was less of a stranger. Once he arrived, we reviewed our project and he understood exactly what we had in mind. He did not try to up sell us and even talked to the owner about working within our budget. As the start date approached, we became nervous and started to ask more questions about the project. We ended up adding onto our project last minute and Tom was always on top of answering all our questions and even sent us pictures with examples and descriptions of the work. The project was done in only 2 days!! They made sure we were completely satisfied with the work and we are happy to say we definitely are. The end result is simply STUNNING! Even though it’s cold out, we find ourselves on our deck admiring the work. Thank you Decks Unique!

Owner was on site making sure the job was perfect. It nice to see a company deliver what was promised with no price changes or delays. Office staff was in touch before, during and after the project. Our experience working with Decks Unique was top notch from the moment we got in contact with them up until the project was complete. Lou was incredibly helpful in taking our rough idea and providing a number of options that would work for our space. He was detailed when answering any of our questions and the utmost professional when reviewing the various ways we could go about tackling the job.We were happy to work with a company that was understanding of budgetary constraints and make sure we explored options to achieve the ideal deck install without sacrificing on size or quality. Decks Unique was an awesome company to work with. From getting an estimate to going over all the options and details they were all so kind and happy to help. I must have emailed them 30 times and Tom was always responsive and courteous. Today the crew came and built a 370 sq ft wooden deck in half a day. I called Decks Unique (Kyriel-General Manager/Administrative). From that first call, I sensed true care in her tone, professionalism, and without a doubt, having someone come out to me soon for an estimate (based on my availability), in addition, a match for my needs. I am one, who stresses being punctual, timely communication, and professionalism, not to mention doing a phenomenal job. I was able to set up a consultation for the next afternoon. As soon as I finished my conversation with Kyriel, an email was sent to me confirming my appointment, as well as links on decking material to better educate me, as well as introducing me to who would be coming, and his background. Jason (Sales) was punctual, professional, patient, nice, and thorough with his explaining the difference of decking materials, as well as showing me samples. After Jason showed up for our estimate/consultation, I knew by this time, this was one distinction of them being “unique.” At the conclusion of our initial consultation, Jason stated again, that if I have any questions I may have, to send an email or call, and he will get back to me as soon as possible. He followed up later that night at 10pm, with a thank you for allowing him into my home, and again, offered answers to any questions I may have. Over the next several days, he returned several of my emails, and calls promptly, and worked with me on my needs, and price. Jason, and I set a follow up appointment on January 16, 2019, and with my wife by my side, we finalized color, and specifics of our plan, and signed a contract. On January 17, 2019, Jason sent me a sketch, and 3D renderings of what the project will look like (another “unique” touch). We set tentative dates, only changing due to it being winter, and it all worked out. They had a company come to my home and “demo” the old deck. Throughout this whole process, Kyriel was very communicative in touching base with me on times of material being delivered, and the crew showing up to begin. It was ALL on point. Monday, January 28, Lou (owner), John, and Thomas all began building my 2nd story deck shortly after 7am. It was complete on Wednesday, January 30, 2019, 30 minutes before we received that “snow squall”, or “vortex snow storm.” All 3 guys continuously worked in such extreme cold conditions, leaving nothing short, but phenomenal, awesome craftsmanship and perfection. After the deck was completed, John, and Thomas did a full clean up of my yard, and helped me put the outside tables, and chairs back on the deck, and patio. When setting up the whole deck project, I informed Kyriel, that if work needed to be completed after Wednesday, January 30, 2019, (we would have to make special arrangements, as Thursday, January 31, 2019), I would be unable to be home, as I will be taking my dad in for surgery. On Thursday afternoon, I received an email from Kyriel about the welcome kit I will be receiving from Trex, and the necessary warranty information. She included at the bottom, “We hope your father is doing well.” I must say, what a class act this company is…….and UNIQUE!!!! Upon completion, since the weather was a bit crazy, with the storm moving in, we both collectively forgot about the flag pole holder, we had agreed on them hanging for me. Since I was busy with work, and life, I called Kyriel on Monday February 4, 2019. We both agreed that Wednesday, February 6, 2019, would work for both of us. As promised, John was waiting for me at my house, and took care of it. From the point of me calling to secure a consultation/estimate, until the flag pole holder was hung, Kyriel, Lou, John, Thomas, and Jason, ALL (this is what also makes them “UNIQUE”) were true professionals, fulfilled all promises, and most importantly spectacular awesome looking job. I’ve shown pictures to co-workers, and a few have already expressed interest in calling for future projects.

Very happy with the work Decks Unique did. We replaced an approximately 200 sq ft porch with a new Trex Island Mist with new railing. We couldn't be happier with the work and professionalism of Decks Unique throughout the whole process. The Decks Unique crew installed a new deck a few days ago to replace our old one, and we couldn't be more pleased. The old decking was removed on a Friday, and on Monday the new Trex deck was installed in just a bit more than four hours. Wow! Decks Unique, Inc. was amazing from start to finish. A top notch Trex installer and very competitively priced. When Jason, (Design Consultant) first came to our home to design and measure our deck, he was able to instantly generate a layout of our thoughts on a 3-D computer program. It was much easier to visualize on the screen and make any modifications we needed. Also, the estimate was immediate and he was able to incorporate pricing options within our budget. No waiting days or a week for an estimate like other installers. The crew was remarkable; very professional, always on-time and worked diligently to build our deck in one day. They worked as a team and were incredible down to every detail. Superior craftsmanship!

From beginning to end we were met with prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable service. We worked primarily with Jason, who after meeting with us, followed up right away. A nice touch that we hadn't experienced elsewhere in our search. Also really liked that we got multiple renderings of our project and that Jason came back to our house to take more measurements to make sure everything was correct. The job was initially supposed to take two days, but it was completed in one and our new deck and stairs look beautiful! Quality work.

I was looking to replace my large wood decking with synthetic decking and looked at multiple companies. I chose Decks Unique and was glad I did. The demolition crew came the first day. The crew was larger than I expected and they did a great job removing my railings and decking without damaging anything around the deck. Everything was spotless when they left. The next day the decking crew came. The master builder worked in the morning rebuilding my two sets of stairs as I had asked for slight modifications in the stair design. He was very friendly and I could see he knew exactly what he was doing. While he was working on the stairs, the 6 members of the crew were working on the decking. They were very efficient and they worked as a team. They completed the decking the first day and the railings the second day and did an amazing job. They even washed and hosed down the deck and railings when they were finished. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and family.
