I have gutter helmet on my house. I've never had any issues with the product. It makes my life so much easier I don't have to worry about cleaning my gutters or climbing ladders. Could not be any happier with our experience! The guys were not only on-time but also made sure to be aware of closing gates behind them so our pups couldn't get out!! We have had their gutter helmet for several years, but needed an estimate for replacing two damaged sections, and for them to check out water behind a soffit, which may or may not have to do with the quality of their installation. A representative stopped at the house on July 11, and promised an estimate within a few days. Now, after 75 days and three phone calls to the company, they still have not responded. Contempt for one's customers is not a good business model.FOLLOW UP: As he promised (see below), the owner did come over, personally assessed our needs, an drew up a sales contract on site. About a week later, a crew came out and satisfactorily performed the work. I have revised my rating from one star to three stars to reflect this.

I called Kevin when I needed a portion of my house re-sided after getting a new door and window. His team was able to come out to our house quickly for an initial consult and performed the work shortly afterwards. Kevin and his team were all very professional and did a great job. Although I could not move forward with our original proposal, RepairTechnicians Sean and Jarrod recently arrived at my home On Time 2 days in a row and explained how they would complete the preventative maintenace and restoration work required on my gutters and downspouts in a professional manner.I will also be contacting Gutter People by HIGHLAND In order to get an estimate to repair ice damage to a small section of my roof this week.Pat David Tarquini* Scamridge Curve

I needed gutter installation all the way around the house, they were prompt in getting out to me for a quote, they arrived exactly when they said they would… Only to find that I had some underlying roof issues… They referred me out to a roofing company, who were also excellent, the repair was made and the gutter guys came back out the next week. Kevin Nowak is extremely responsive, always answered me within minutes of texting him. His crew is extremely courteous and they cleaned up very well after themselves, leaving me a beautiful full set of brand new gutters perfectly straight and wonderfully functional… Thank you all for your professionalism and your workmanship , I thoroughly appreciate your whole crew and will use you again in the future and refer you to my friends.

I needed to get the gutters and fascia panels replaced on my house. I called five different companies for estimates. Everyone came out and gave an estimate. The Gutter People of WNY were somewhere in the middle but I liked the attention to detail and explanations that their salesperson John gave me. He was not there to just give me an estimate and move on to the next call. He explained what they would do in detail and answered any questions I had. I felt comfortable so I chose the gutter people to do the job. I was notified in advance by Kevin that they would be out to start the job on Wednesday afternoon. Their workers arrived in a well-marked van so I knew it was them. They did not show up in some non-descript van that leaves you wondering if these are actually the people that are supposed to be replacing your gutters. The two guys who were working on my house introduced themselves and let me know what they would be doing and got to work. They started work Wednesday afternoon and finish the job the next day. They were very professional and courteous. They took care not to create a mess or do any kind of damage. I was very happy with the professionalism and abilities of the crew they had replacing my gutters. They updated me on a few minor things they had to do that we're not in the estimate. But I expected there would be a little more once they got into the project. With the additional work that needed to be done the estimate was within 10% of what they originally quoted. In my opinion, anytime a company comes within 10% of the original estimate to complete the job that is a good thing. That says the original salesperson knows what they are doing and not just pulling figures out of his hat. I was very pleased with the work The Gutter People of WNY did and my new gutters look fantastic. I did not realize how much the old gutters made my house less attractive until I got new gutters on the house. I held off a couple weeks writing this review because I wanted to see how things went after we had a pretty decent rain. And I'm happy to say I did not see any leaks and my gutters are working properly now. My advice is to call around and get some estimates. But make sure one of those estimates is from The Gutter People of WNY. I checked them out on better Business bureau website and read their reviews. For me I made the best choice and I am extremely happy with the work they did. I will certainly be giving them a call when I decide to side my house or replace my roof.

The Gutter People "Gutter Helmet" gave me a quote and then backed out on it a month later. The owner "Nowak" didn't care what a hardship it was on me. He was going on vacation for 2 weeks, so he lied and said my house was too high. How can a company that does gutters & roofs tell me my house is too high. It's just a two story home in Kenmore. He said he would check it out when he got back from vacation. I never heard from him again. I used Bauer, they did an incredible job at a reasonable price. Call Bauer.

Had them install gutter helmet and 6" profile designer gutters! There were a few concerns during the install that they corrected with no hassle. Very easy to deal with. I would strongly recommend using The Gutter People of WNY!!! Easy transaction and the gutters and helmet look great!

I called them to do a gutter repair, but it turned out to be a much larger job than I thought. There was more that just damage to the gutter. The soffit and eaves were really rotted out. I needed to have the entire overhang system repaired. It was a bit of a shock to me but I was so impressed by the work that was done to repair my house. It was so quick and it looks great. I am planning on having the other side of the house done in the spring.

The estimator came out to the house to give me a quote for the gutter work that needed to be done. He was very nice and said he would get a quote to me via email (confirmed my email address at that time) that night or the next morning. That was a week and a half ago. Typical contractor, if they don’t want to take on the job they just ghost you.I am sure there are more professional companies out there, I would pass on this company.🤷🏼‍♂️

We had our gutters replaced back in the fall and The Gutter People did a phenomenal job. The gutter look beautiful and have held up great with all the snow and ice we’ve gotten. Contacted the Gutter People with a voice mail and was called back the same day. Scheduled an estimate with Kevin and he came out several days later on a Saturday. He showed up on time, was personal and professional and gave me a fair quote on the spot for replacing some roof shingles, a new section of gutters and a piece of siding lost during the recent wind storm. About a week later a crew of 2 showed up to replace my shingles and siding and a separate crew of 2 showed up the same day to install a new 30' section of gutters. The crews dodged some rain and wind that day but stayed until the job was completed. Extremely professional, explained the work to me and why the shingles came off and advised me to call them back to replace any shingles that came off before the tar could solidify and properly secure the shingles. The house looks great and I will use this company in the future and highly recommend to all of my friends and neighbors!!

I was extremely impressed with the job that Gutter People did on my 100 year old house. They replaced all rotted wood under the eves before placing seal tight vinyl fascia and gutters. They also replaced all rotted wood on our porch roof and placed new boarding and roofing. They were very efficient and did an excellent job overall. I will have them do our replacement windows and siding in the near future. The company is family owned and they have great respect for the work they do and they do the job right!

The Gutter People of WNY are just that "Gutter". I contracted with this company to clean my gutters and downspouts (on a 2,000) square foot house with oversized new gutters installed in 2016. The gutters were not very dirty but I felt it was worthwhile to have them cleaned . Needless to say I was charged more than $800.00. The receptionist I spoke with (Jesse) was outstanding and the personnel sent to my home seemed satisfactory. You need to understand that you will be charged an $85.00 non-refundable service fee just to schedule service. I signed a contract with this company online. Because of my own oversight, they kept my credit card info without ever providing me with an invoice and just debited my account for a total of $746.94 plus the $85.00 service fee. After my account was debited I received an invoice in my email account that was marked "paid" After review of the invoice I noticed I was charged for 4 hours of work done by two men (Steve and Brent). You will be charged $85 per hour for each worker. I was charged $640.00 for 8 man hours. Now how could it take 8 man hours to clean gutters on a 2,000 square foot house? First of all, only one worker (Steve) arrived to clean my gutters. When he was more than halfway done he said he needed a taller ladder so he called Brent to bring one. Brent stayed here for the rest of the time but really did not have to do much. The total time spent at my house was 3 hours not four hours. After speaking withe the reception person the accountant reduced my bill $300.42 to $446.94 plus service fee. The following day the owners son came to my house to give me an estimate for very minor carpentry work. He arrived more than an hour late but said he would send me an estimate the following day. After 1 week I still have not received an estimate which is good because I would never hire his company again for any reason and if you do you should have your head examined. This company is very poorly managed and a RIP-OFF. This company should pay me for all the time I spent on the phone with them and with my bank in order to dispute their charge. Buyer Beware!

I was told it would take 7-10 business days for them to come and it was actually about five days when the guys arrived to clean my gutters. I was very impressed. Kevin was awesome to deal with and they did great work. I needed a downspout replaced and rerouted and Kevin came out gave a me a very reasonable quote and didn't try to upsell me on a bunch other work I didn't need which was refreshing. When I sent the signed work order Kevin told me they were scheduling about 2 weeks out but completed the work in 2 days after they finished another job early and were able to squeeze me in. I would highly recommend The Gutter People of WNY and will be calling Kevin next time I need gutter work done!

We had our roof gutters done by the Gutter People of WNY a few years ago so it was easy for us to decide to work with them again to replace the rest of the gutters for our house.We appreciate how all our questions were answered promptly and we were given options before the work was started with a reasonable quote from the friendly staff.Once the job started it turns out our soffit was rotted and the fascia needed to be replaced as well (things we were advised beforehand that may need work) - and again, we were given options on the materials to use to fix those with reasonable quotes.The entire job took a few days (tear off, recommendations for the additional problems we had, and completion). The workers were polite, and professional. We appreciate the clean-up the crew did after the job was done on top of being extremely happy customers with the result of the work! We would definitely recommend the Gutter People of WNY!!

I have used the Gutter People of WNY three times now and every time they are very professional and polite - Kevin, His Son, and Crew are always a pleasure to speak to. Their response time is incredible, and when I call, Its been an Emergency each time - so the speed at which they call back and get a schedule rolling is just GREAT! Get multiple estimates. Came to give me an estimate, seems like a nice guy but took over a month to give me the quote. Quoted me about $10,000 for a job I eventually got another gutter company to do for about $1500! (Granted, no gutter helmet) And yes, that other company did a great job.Update: Its extremely creepy that this owner has commented on the install I received from a competitor with so much detail. He's basically admitting to trespassing and snooping around my house (way off the road)... either that or he's just making stuff up. (probably the latter)

The sales rep that came out for the estimate was very informative and took his time explaining all of the details of the estimate. Our gutters were damaged from the harsh winter and needed to be replaced. The estimate was very reasonable. They don't try and sell you on things that don't need to be fixed or try any other sales tactics. They company has been very professional to work with.
