Drivers have no concern for people. Driver cut me off on a Sat morning clipping my front bumper and kept going. Sent email to company and they had no concern with no reply. I would never use this place. If there is no concern for the way the drivers act I fully believe they would do shaddy work.As a follow-up I want to mention Chris neft called back took info and is handling the situation and apologized. Thank you

Great service from start to finish. Hired them to put a new roof on my house, of the 3 companies who came out for estimates Neth were the only ones to actually go up on the roof. Very thorough. The job itself went smoothly, stayed on schedule and had good communication throughout. Highly recommend

My aunt had NEP install pre finished hardwood in the whole upstairs of her million dollar home. Very unacceptable and because of the huge down payment they require she is now out $28,000 and the floor was installed way out of square. So bad that not even one seam is tight. They were also supposed to install a jacuzzi tub in her bathroom but never returned. To top it all off they installed a shower faucet that is set too hot for my uncle to even take a shower. STAY AWAY

This review is not based off quality of their work because to be quite honest, that is not my concern. I live in an apartment complex where they have currently been contracted to do work. 2 weeks ago while I was home sick from work with the flu I was abruptly awoken at 7:30am to them working on my roof. There had been no warning that they would be there. No notifications.The same thing happened again today. It is a Saturday and at 7:30am, my family and I were awakened to them pounding on our roof and playing their music so loud that we could hear it through clearly through our ceiling. We texted the property manager to find out if they had approved the early Saturday work and we had been advised they did not approve it. Our 7month old and 5 year old were placed under unnecessary stress that a simple note on the door could have prevented.Even though it should be the responsibility of property management to notify tenants of the time work will be done, it would be courteous and beneficial for the reputation of your company to also notify tenants if you plan to have your workers start on the weekends. There are families that live here that may need to adjust sleeping situations due to anxiety or ptsd.

If you need a roofer, Neth & Son is the company to have. They have skilled and dedicated people that will get the job done right in a professional manor.I personally used them and they took care of issues that I was unaware of. I'm grateful because they stopped future issues from happening. As for business, they get the job taken care of whether it's repairs or new roof.Call them for work. They get the job done right!

Roof work began 2 months after the promised date, with a lot of unanswered phone calls in the meantime. Finally, the work was done and had no effect on the leak. When they explained what had been done to repair the leak. This was in 2019, and I hope that since then, they have acquired some basic principles of dealing with customers.Service: Roof repair

I would rate this company extremely high due to many reasons and they are, they are courteous on the phone, they are very interested in your troubles with your roofing problems, they responded faster than any one that I have contacted for repairing the roofing damage that the last wind storm we just went through. They were out the second day after the storm hit and repaired the roof, actually it was still windy the day they came out and went up there to fix my daughter's problem. When I talked to them on the phone during the wind storm they had my daughters house on their web site looking @ the damage that the wind had caused. They gave us an estimate approx. over the phone and came out the next day. They are truly a well organized company to have your work done. Thank you sincerely, Ed Ruminski

While I can't speak for the other reviews I can speak about the responsiveness of the owner to an issue that happened near one of his job sites. Due in part to COVID, they had to change their process of roof work. This resulted in dust from the job site spreading to an adjacent parking lot and needless to say, cars were covered with the dust. When I went to speak to the foreman he was VERY professional and understanding about our concern. He provided the owners contact information and he was called. The owner, Chis Neth ,was very responsive to the problem. The next morning the foreman shows up at our office and provided tickets for car washes of every employee that was affected. Chris could have said that it was not his problem. Instead he stepped up to the plate to make things right. Kudo's to him and his company. Ray H. WNY Occupational Medicine.
