Always excellent service! Very knowledgeable and always so great to work with. I have been working with this company starting with Jerry Sr and now Jerry Jr. They have always provided the best care and always so willing to provide all information about the systems I have. They always go above and beyond. Both of my kids have also had Jerry Jr and his team provide new systems to their homes too and are very happy! I also enjoy working with Christine in setting up appointments, she has been amazing in scheduling and providing info on warranties and rebates. Thank you Sullivan’s on another great job!!

Just had my Spring check (included in their special service plan! 👍🏻) on my furnace & a/c by Maria!! She was FABBB!! Super thorough in assessment & cleaning. Showed me any concerns and is investigating options and Mfg warranties for coverage to help us save $$ on our newer systems!Sullivan has serviced us for years like family…very satisfied! We have used Sullivan Heating for at least 6 or 7 years. We are on the subscription plan. The service level with Sullivan is top notch. They have multi levels of expertise, depending upon your needs. They have little-to-no turnover of personnel. Whenever expected events occur, Sullivan always responds within 24 hours. Bottom line - they are good.

Jerry is the best. I’ve been dealing with Sullivan for about 20 years. It’s winter & my tenants furnace quit in the middle of the night. I called & it was fixed within 3 hours. Honest, knowledgeable & prompt. I wouldn’t call anyone else for my heat & air.

Super pleased. We have been having inconsistent heat. House would vary between 68 degrees down to 58 degrees. Maria was excellent. Got right to work, friendly, and kept me updated on what she found. Was able to take care of the issue without requiring extra expense. Very pleased and will set my calendar to call Sullivans each fall to keep up on the maintenance.

Last year we had a tech come out as the furnace was not coming on. He fixed it and suggested I do the annual tune up when the promotion comes out. So this year I got a text and set it up. Maria Williams came out, did the tune up and answered all my questions. She was so friendly I felt so comfortable asking about everything. Sullivans is the company I will go to from now on. I called Sullivan to check on my furnace, having a small issue. Jerry showed up in a timely manner, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained my furnace was fine, made a couple adjustments and suggestions about my very old ductwork. I always have excellent experiences with Sullivan H&C. I had the number from my grandparents who used them to service their furnace. I used them to replace my furnace in 2010 and all the service appointments and any issues that came up since (not many). Heat didn’t come on yesterday and called them and they came out today and replaced the thermostat for me. Maria took care of my thermostat today and my most recent service appointment and is awesome! Jerry Jr. had been here for most of my earlier appointments and he is awesome too! And everyone they have sent between service appointments, furnace installation, new vent installation, etc. has been thorough, friendly and helpful.

I had been using a different company for my HVAC needs until just recently. I had some damage done to my AC condenser unit from falling roof ice buildup, and was told by that company that you can’t get parts or just the condenser unit… had to buy a whole new AC system.That was until I called Sullivan Heating & Cooling.“Oh yeah, we can order just the piece that was damaged and get that installed for you ASAP”.So I called Sullivan, a week later the part came in and they fixed the AC condenser in less than an hour.Sullivan Heating & Cooling just got a new customer for life today.Thank you!

I had an unnecessary scare that resulted in Jerry Jr. coming to the rescue when all it was, was user error(me).I was so embarrassed and felt like I wasted Jerrys' time and spent $$ for nothing but in the end Jerry was understanding and still made sure everything was good with my furnace.
