Fenix came out and did an amazing job on my roof and new gutters. I got estimates from 4 different roofing company's and it came down to their reviews. Fenix was on point with pricing and bonus was their warranty. They doubled the labor warranty from the other competitors. I was going for a certain look and Fenix made it happen. Not everything is roses though Fenix is busy so don't expect them to be Johnny on the spot. I understand that a good roofer is a busy roofer. So just a heads up there will be a wait. That was not a problem for me though. Charles the owner was phenomenal any issues or concerns he made sure I was the first to know and was very informative. Even one of the other contractors who came out to do an estimate also mentioned Fenix and said they did great work so I was sold at that point. Great company to do business with 5 star for me for sure.

I was very pleased with the quality of craftsmanship that went into the roofing job. They went above and beyond. Charles kept in contact with me throughout the job. Ray would make sure to greet me when I would get home to make sure I was satisfied with the work and the crew was constantly cleaning up around my home. Overall great experience, from point of contact to finishing of the job. We are very happy with our new roof(complete tear off) ,anyone we had contact with was kind curtious and knowledgeable. After our new home ended up having leaks throughout due to a faulty roof installation by the previous owner, Fenix came right out. Not only was Charles prompt, quick and fair, he had a crew come cover our roof while we waited for full replacement. The crew that replaced our roof was amazing and quick. Charlie and his crew recently replace our roof and gutters. They were on time and did the work on time. They were very professional at all time. They were very respectful to me as I had just gotten home from having 2 surgery. They work very hard and kept everything very clean constantly. They went above and beyond what most would have done. I cannot express how grateful and pleased we were with the the work Fenix Roofing did on the repair/replacement of the rolled roofing on our garage. A strong wind storm that passed thru in early April tore most of the old roofing off the garage. After several businesses in the area "ghosted" us, gave outrageous estimates, or never returned calls I reached out to Fenix. Tina and Loren returned my call and sent Dave over to give an estimate. He explained in detail what they would do to replace the roof and the estimate was more than reasonable. Said he could start the same day (Thurs) as he was concerned that rain was in the forecast for the weekend. Along with Ray and Corey they had the roof re-decked, dried in and completed by Fri. Thanks to the wonderful staff @Fenix Roofing for professional workmanship and great customer service. We will be using them again and I would recommend them with confidence to anyone needing a roofing company. Fenix recently replaced our 21 year old roof. The office staff was always highly responsive and helpful. The project estimator put me at ease from the first meeting, “we are roofers, it’s what we do”. It took only one day to remove old shingles and fully replace with new. The entire Fenix crew was professional and really worked as a team. The crew removed the entire old roofing from my house, replaced some damaged plywood, Installed a new high quality shingled roof, upgraded the attic venting, installed a full system of seamless gutters along with a good quality gutter guard system. The best part was that the entire job was completed in one day. Yep you heard it right ONE DAY !!! without any shortcuts. In fact, they all went the extra mile to make sure things were done properly so there would be no future problems. We decided to go with Charles and Fenix Roofing to handle our complicated, good sized Victorian house with a turret, many steep roofing angles, and multiple layers of roofing from over the years and two outbuildings, including the barn. All of it was a complete tear off and then new plywood and then the Owens Corning roofing system installed. From the start the staff at the site were polite and answered any questions that came up. They handled any unexpected roofing difficulties with ease and with the professionalism that comes with a complete understanding of roofs on old housing structures. All of the Fenix crew are hard workers. And the clean up is great after each day and at the end of the job. In the end the roofs looks great (all three of them). Charles made sure it was all completed to our satisfaction and went above and beyond on a number of things that came up in the job. Fenix roofing replaced the roof and gutters on my house, they did a fantastic job. My roof and gutters were quite dated and in much need of repair, they now look absolutely fabulous. The employees were all very polite and hard working. I never saw them goofing off or being unprofessional. Their commitment to safety was impressive, the employees wore harnesses attached my very steep roof and communicated with each other as they worked to be aware of each others locations. Terrible company, paid them $2,000 to do flashing for my chimney and they absolutely botched it and made my leaks worse. After complaining nobody ever came back out to fix it, now 2 years later I'm having to have it all redone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REPAIRS.
