The website clearly says that gutter/downspout repair is one of the services provided. The guy who I talked to was very condescending when I asked about downspout repair rather than downspout installation. He made a snarky comment about getting his two-man crew out to rehang a downspout and billing me $490. A simple "No" would have sufficed. I probably should have had my husband call instead.
