Mack of All Trades has done two different jobs for us. They were highly recommended by a friend and the company has lived up to our expectations. Mike was onsite quickly to see and quote the projects, office staff (very friendly) followed up quickly with detailed written quotes, answered all questions in a timely manner, and the gentlemen sent to do the work were all great. They kept in contact with us as to arrival times, cleaned up every day before they left, and made sure we were satisfied with everything before calling it finished. We'll thrilled to have a business to turn to that's well run, provides excellent work, and whose quotes are reasonable!

Had a small electrical cord repair. Contacted Kaitlyn to describe and receive and an estimate. Kaitlyn was great to deal with and quickly responded and we scheduled the job promptly. Matt arrived at our home and was professional and efficient. He quickly made the repair even though he had to work in a tight space. Very happy with the whole process and would recommend Mack of All Trades !

Finally a contractor who actually calls you back, does a great job and stands by their work! Customer service has suffered in recent years across all industries but not Mack of All Trades. This company is responsive and their staff are talented. The price is fair too. I've engaged them on a few projects and looking to have them do some more. It's nice to have a trusted contractor that still practices the art of customer service.

I had a sink put in in my basement-they put it in and let it drain into the sump pump -later I was told this was against code .Instead of making good on it ,they charged me another $700 to add a pump that sends sink water into the septic system (like it should have been according to codes in the first place).Then a few weeks later,one of the valves they put in ruptured and water was spraying all over the wall. Fortunately I knew how to turn off the water main . They then told me to send the bill I paid to have someone repair it ($140) and pictures of the ruptured valve (the weld failed) .No one has gotten back to me a week later .Im probably just out another $140

Had my front porch steps replaced with the Trek composite and it came out great. Mike and Kelsey made sure all of my concerns were taken care of with it being an older home. Our vinyl fence has had back luck in the past from deer, the wind, and most recently our silver maple tree fell on it. The company that originally installed the fence did not do it correctly so there has been extensive damage each time. Mack of All Trades has reinstalled the fence for us correctly and we couldn't be happier! Their prices have always been great too! We would definitely recommend them!Service: General repairs

This company did a small remodeling job for us. We replaced some of the vinyl siding on our house with stone veneer. Mike came promptly to do the estimate. We had been told in advance that it would a few weeks until they could start the job because of the overload of work at the moment. This was not an issue for us. They contacted us when they said they would, and promptly ordered materials. Unfortunately, the delivery company lost part of our order (the main part🙄), but Kelsey sorted it out, got the materials reordered, and negotiated a discount for us.
