Bryan and the team at Northside did an outstanding job on siding our house, installing gutters and our new front and storm door. Bryan was responsive, gave us a timely estimate, helped with a decision about design and clear on timelines. The install teams were professional, courteous and worked hard, even with some bad weather. The overall project came in ahead of the schedule we expected and right on budget. The team also accommodated a change in schedule when our new front door came in damaged and had to be reordered (the shipper's mistake, not anything to do with Northside). It was not in the original work for them to install the door, but because of the delay, they agreed to install it as part of the project, which worked out perfectly and they did an amazing job of that too! Nov 2021 Northside did a tear-off roof replacement. I was very happy with the work so I had them put siding on my house. The house was transformed in nine days. It was completed last week. Bryan Melino was the manager. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. He was prompt in responding to my calls and emails.Andre and Phil installed the siding. Both of them were hard workers. They were professional and had a strong work ethic. They were meticulous in doing their job.I highly recommend Northside for their quality work! We called Northside for a quote on fixing an ongoing issue with a leak in our roof. They were responsive and came out within a few days of calling. They gave us a fair and honest quote for fixing a few spots and a new roof. The quote for the new roof was very reasonable so we ultimately decided to do a complete tear off of our 25+ year old roof. They were able to quickly get us on the schedule before the weather turned really bad and completed the whole job in two days! The crew was efficient and left our yard spotless. The roof looks amazing. We are incredibly pleased and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The end result was nothing short of exceptional, as can be seen from the "before and after pictures." Bryan and his crew are obviously very well trained and experienced. I would 100% recommend Northside Company! Northside completely transformed our home with new siding. Bryan was a pleasure to work with from first coming to my home to give us a quote, and still is responsive to my calls after the project was finished when I had a follow-up question. They offered beautiful 3-d renderings of what our home would look like with the new siding and helped in design aspects. Bryan was a no pressure salesman. He delivered on every detail promised, and finished the project with no unexpected costs, and on the timetable he first projected.The siders who worked on my home were very respectful, and treated my home as if it was their own. They didn't take any shortcuts, and actually went above and beyond to use extra flashing in old problem areas of my home to make sure no future problems occur. They completed the work in February. I thought replacing the roof would be a very stressful event. However with Northside Roofing, it actually turned out to be quite a fun project. Robert, our salesman made our whole experience positive providing us with all the necessary information, support, suggestions and by being there throughout the project, including the installation day. Great quality of workmanship! The crew was very professional, no loud music and cleaned up at the end of the day and after the project.The whole new roof was done in a timely manner. Everything was taken care of right away. I did not want the dumpster sitting on my driveway and Robert made sure it arrives when they need it and got it removed as soon as the roof was done. They started on time and in the coldest part of the winter only missed 1 day, but more than made up for it by working a few weekends. An amazing experience from the beginning when our salesperson Bryan came out and actually sat with us. He had a picture of the house so we could see different options. When he gave us an estimate everything was broken down so we knew exactly what we were paying for. He said it would take about 2 weeks to side it and that’s what it took. I cannot say enough good things about Bryan Melino and the Northside Companies. A few years ago we had them install vinyl siding on three side of our house and it looked great. Just recently we contracted with them to side the front of your house and they did a FANTASTIC job. Morgan, Bryce, and Ron were great to work with and definitely knew what they were doing. They showed up at 8:00 am and finished the job in a very short time despite the weather not cooperating at time. Bryan was at my house checking the progress everyday and answered any/all of the questions we had. Ron was able to install all of new outdoor and post lights and they came out beautiful.I will be contacting them for my roof next year.If you are looking for a company that can do roofing, siding, windows, or just about anything else you house may need, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bryan Melino and the people at Northside Companies. After getting four siding quotes, I decided to go with Northside. Two reputable vendors couldn’t promise to get the job done this year. In May, I sent in my color and siding selections to Northside; in mid-July, the job was completed. The siding technicians, Phil and Andre, did excellent work – dependable – and every evening they did a great job of cleaning up. No nails left on the driveway!
