If you need any roofing service you should definitely use Christopher James Roofing. I had repair work done about 3yrs ago due to the heavy storms we had. Jim came out, repaired my roof, was super professional then and he was even more professional this time around. Reason I say that is he is truly a man of honor, he quoted me for work and said the quote would be good for 3yrs. My insurance company was giving me some problems and was threatening to cancel my policy. My wife gave Jim a call and explained the situation we were in. He said he remembered the quote and would honor it even though the prices for materials have skyrocketed. Him and his son came and did the work as promised, we’re super quick and very neat. My roof looks brand new again. Chris was great to work with. We hired him for repair work with roof vents and damaged shingles. We were able to schedule him to start within a week of accepting his proposal. He is very knowledgeable with his trade which made us very comfortable.After completing his work he called after a few rain storms had past to confirm everything held up good... which it did!Great work Chris!

I would highly recommend calling Jim for any roofing needs. 2 weeks after I bought a house the insurance company came out and flagged a spot with broken shingles, threatening to drop our policy. Jim did the job right away for us and then went around and sealed up any spots across the entire roof he thought could give us trouble down the line. He was super friendly, his work is top quality, and his prices are great. Don’t hesitate to call him.

I had just moved into a new house that had a roof leak. I was expecting to need a whole new roof right away, but Jim said he thought he could fix it. He wasn't able to get it fixed the first try but came back until the roof was fully sealed. Saved me a lot of money. He's a really friendly kind and he stands by his work. I highly recommend him! When I finally need a new roof, he's my guy.

Christopher James is a real Con Artist. I have a roof repair that was during mid- winter. He looked at the job and talked the whole time. You can't get a word in to speak, and he was full of himself. I put a tarp on the roof to prevent further damage. He said, "the weather needs to be 50 degrees and above in order to have the tar stick" This winter was mild but, we were entering colder weather and I was concerned the tar would not stick then crack. He sent me a contract and wanted to do the repair during cold weather and snow. He was pushy to do the repair immediately. I was concerned regarding the temperature, and I asked him could he fix my repair early spring late March early April. He said no problem. When I called, he never answered and avoided my phone calls for a week. When he did finally answer me, he told me to find a roofer. He is too busy. When we spoke during January early February, he said I would be first on his list to do a small repair. I am finding a new roofer and I need to let who ever uses him. Be Careful. He talks nonstop and he breaches his contracts. He Breaches his contract .........

A raccoon had climbed on the roof and ripped up the shingles and started making a nest. Once we had taken care of the raccoon, by a licensed pest control specialist, we need the roof repaired.Christopher James Roofing is local in the arear and I have seen the company at several work sites. In addition, a friend had used them in the past and was very happy. When contacted they were extremely responsive and helpful. it was a small repair, so the work was completed quickly and efficiently. They were excellent to work with and cleaned the site upon completion.I always try to use local companies and would highly recommend this company again. Jim worked for us for years and we have been happy to have found him. He gave us a new strong roof, years later painted the exterior of our house and most recently, cleverly, figured out a way to fix the siding on the top of our house that was riddled with carpenter bees. He is a great worker and honest person. The last day he was here, I overpaid him $500 by accident. When he realized the mistake, he immediately called me and went out of his way to get the money back to me. I highly recommend Christopher James Roofing.

I called Christopher James Roofing for an estimate on a possible roof replacement for my home.The person I spoke with was Jim, we made an appointment to meet so he can come inspect my roof. Upon inspection he told me that I could still get some years out of it & that it wasn’t necessary to replace it right now. James fixed a pesky leak on my flat roof, and helped install a new vent pipe. He took the time to explain everything to us, and has a cheery demeanor. Leaks can be tough to track down, and James came back multiple times to rule out every possibility. He did not quit until the job was 100% done and tested through heavy rain. Week of 18.JUN.18 Roof replacement...Jim was prompt and professional from the start. He was honest and very easy to communicate with. Old fashioned service as Jim respected our property as his own. His son and friend assisted with the tear down, but installation was done completely by Jim, laying every shingle himself. Clean up was meticulous as the entire job was. We had leaks in our roof. Searching reviews of local roofers, I came across Christopher James Roofing with great reviews so I thought I’d give them a shot. I couldn’t be happier that I did. James came over, analyzed our roof issues, gave lots of free advice and then offered a very fair price for needed repairs. He did an amazing job and was very happy to answer any questions that I had. Called two places. Didn't bother calling a third after speaking and meeting Jim. He's professional, polite and does good work. Left a message and he called me back right away to schedule a visit to see the work. I'm still waiting for the other guy to call me back lol. It was a small job and Jim treated it as a big one. All the good reviews are on the money. All the patch work is holding up and we had heavy rains the past few weeks (April Showers). Glad I found a new roofer.

It isn't often you find a company that exceeds your expectations, Jim provided a timely estimate and saved us money by noting the back of the home's roof had years of service ahead but the front (visible wear) would need replacement. We received a fair price and the work was scheduled and completed within the following 2 weeks (spring weather). Jim explained the difference in shingles, giving us options, and educated us on the ice and water shield underlayment he used. The work was performed neatly and the roof looks great! Jim was even kind enough to remove an unsightly satellite dish that was detracting from the homes appearance. This company has integrity, professionalism and delivers on quality work.
