We hired Royal Renovators two years to completely redo our roof. Somehow, it's quite stressful as homeowners, but Mike, who came to do the quote, was there the whole time the day of the work, kept us posted every hour about progress, and sent pictures. He also had to deal with picky neighbors. The work was done super well in one day.Fast forward this past summer, I heard a small leak. I texted Mike, he replied within 24 hours, and his team was back on the roof within 3 days - no questions asked and no $ required. It was fixed quickly and thoroughly. We had crazy rain in Brooklyn since then, and everything is fixed and fine. Really appreciate their work and customer service. Royal Renovators are top of the line. High quality service! I hired them to replace my asphalt shingle roof, a flat roof, and gutters. My experience with them was wonderful from the beginning, to the end. Anna was such a pleasure to work with. She explained the process in detail. Answered every concern that I had. Sent me pictures and videos during the job. The whole crew was amazing. The work was superb, fast, and efficient. My new roofs look fantastic. The price was reasonable and fair. I was even impressed with the clean up at the end of the day. I have no complaints and I am very happy.

Royal Renovators are by far the best contractors that we've hired and they were worth every dime. Mike came to our house for a free estimate and he spent a good amount of time inspecting the areas that needed repairs, as well as consulted our roof inspection report. Even then he gave us a DETAILED idea about what needs to be done, the approach, and the materials needed. He took images from his phone, as well as from his drone. He sat down with us and gave us several detailed options to choose from. Each option gave an overview about material, costs, and approach.The communication from the office and the team were most important. They communicated when they're able to come, their status, how long they were staying. The team gave our family privacy as well, and instructions to keep ourselves safe. The blizzard in February 2021 damaged my roof creating serious leaks to the apartments below. It was also the time when many contractors couldn't meet the customers' demands due to Covid pandemic. While Royal Renovators did an excellent roofing job for me in the past, I reached out to them hoping they could help me with the repair to stop further loss on my end.Soon, their project manager Mike responded to my request and scheduled a site visit to determined what needed to be done. When the snow melted, Mike brought a crew of 20 to start the job. The work involved gutting the old roof and replacing it with new. The entire job was completed in 1 day! The price was very reasonable too.Just a couple of days ago, New York experienced another blizzard. It brought 1 foot of snow to the city. Well let's start with Jordan, we got a few quotes from other companies that was less then what we got from Jordan at Royal which wasn't to much of a difference. Royal Renovators is an efficient, professional and skilled roofing company. I can't imagine there is another roofing company in NYC that performs at their level of skill and professionalism.They arrived a few minutes earlier than the appointment time and proceeded to lay down protective covering along the perimeter of the house. Then they began to remove the old damaged rubber roof and the crumbling shingles from my house.Royal Renovators installed a completely new rubber roof on my house and shingles across the outer edge of the roof. They reinforced and sealed the hatch leading from the house up to the roof to ensure that no water entered the house from any point.After they were finished, the team cleaned thoroughly, removing every piece of debris that came from their work.When I look at the quality of their work, I know that I made a good investment in my home.Service: Roof installation

We hired Royal Roofing last year to do a full tear off and replacement. We had them do a full TPO roof, new gutters, and 1 new skylight. This was a very big job. We are extremely happy with our decision to work with Royal Roofing. Our roof is gorgeous and has held up extremely well. We had a hail storm that recently damaged one of our old skylights and they quickly repaired it for us and even rechecked the roof. (Picture uploaded). I highly recommend them and I come from a family of roofers. I dealt with Mike. He was great and takes care of any questions or concerns I have.

I had my flat roof replaced back in 07/16/21. Shy was my estimator and he was wonderful at answering any and all questions. He is a valuable asset to your company. All details laid out were followed and no mess left behind. I had a leak towards the back that I had to keep fixing that hasn't returned in two years. I also had pooling water which is also gone. I can't say how thankful I am that I haven't had to worry about my roof these two years. Thank you for all your hard work! It is a project I would spend the money again with how well it turned out.

Royal Roofing Queens rescued us from a roof that was literally about to fall! Our tenants in our two family home notified us they had a small leak in the ceiling so we called in some different companies to give us estimates for repairing it. Little did we know, it is illegal to have more than two layers of rubber roof in NYC but we were getting quotes right and left for resurfacing.We were concerned because we saw some small cracks in our tenant's walls as well and when asked people they said oh that isn't a problem. When Stefan from Royal Renovators arrived, he said It would not only be in violation of the law if we resurfaced, but we were risking a roof collapse as he estimated we likely had six layers of roofing. He also came in lower in his estimate and gave us a 40 year warranty. They use special materials and a white surface roof so it is more energy efficient. We decided to go with Royal Roofing Queens and we are happy we did - we ended up having 10 layers of rubber and the original metal roof! Evidently in the 97 year this house has stood, the roof was never replaced ( the home inspector never mentioned this).Sean the project manager was delightful to work with and organized the job for a day with good weather. He was really understanding that as new homeowners, we didn't know a lot and he explained everything clearly. He also understood it is a big expense and was helpful in explaining the costs. His team (about 15 people) showed up early in nice red sweatshirts and got to work. They have the system down to a science. I was introduced to the foreman and he was available all day if I needed him and did his best to accommodate my requests.They rebuilt the roof hatch, rebuilt the skylight, installed a ladder and cleaned up beautifully - all in one day. I couldn't believe how clean things were left, really professional work. We did end up having to pay alittle extra because we had so much debris with the extra layers, but in the long run, it is worth it to us to have the job done right.

You guys did a wonderful job on my roof, I highly recommend you for the wonderful job you did. My house was infested with mice coming through the roof, after you replaced the old to brand new no more mice. The job was complete in less than two days, Mike who supervised the men and job were polite and did not even ring. My bell once to go to the bathroom, the men did not take breaks, make trouble, all I can say Royal Roofing did a superior job and I would highly recommend them to anyone to use. They were professional, courteous and cleaned up everything after the job was complete.

This company is great! Mike was super professional from the very beginning. I noticed some water damage on my ceiling in a couple of places, so I called this company for a free inspection and Mike came over with his drone, took lots of pictures of the roof from all angles, then went up and did a direct inspection. Then (this is the part I appreciated the most), he sat down with me and the pictures and unhurriedly explained everything, answering every question I had (and I had a lot, because I found it all very interesting) in a very congenial way. Later, I was sent some quotes depending on which options I wanted, and communication from the company was great. I chose an option and they were able to come over quickly. The whole team was quick and professional, getting everything done in a day with very little inconvenience. This was a few months ago, but recently I noticed from the front of the house that the area where the roof meets the siding had come up and was banging against the house in the wind. I wasn't sure if it was related to the previous repair (it was in the same vicinity) or a whole new problem, so I reached out to Mike. He sent over two guys, who had the whole thing fixed up in less than two hours, and didn't even charge me! I would not hesitate to use them again, and would recommend them even just based on their professionalism and customer service. The outside sales person was phenomenal in his presentation outside my home. It gave me confidence that the company was serious about their commitment to customer satisfaction. The entire quoting process was easy and everything was clearly explained. Now, the job, well that was a sight to behold. When they explained to me that they would come in with a crew that would take care of the entire roof, I thought they were kidding. Kid they do not. They started at 8 am and we're done by 6pm. There were issues during the day that were taken care of immediately and everyone was polite and professional. Royal Roofing came on a Sunday night to inspect an emergency roof leak we got after the rain. Great customer service from Sean and Angela and David. Everybody cares at this company and it shows. Their prices were very competitive.They fixed a leak in my roof that I had for months that 2 other roofers tried to patch up the easy way but it never lasted.
