The entire experience was seamless, and one of the best decisions we've ever made. Since this business puts out a quality product, they're busy! If you don't receive a call back right away, call again! Your persistence will be rewarded because you will get a great building at an incredible value! We are so happy with our cabin and have had zero issues with it so far. We have the confidence that if something comes up that needs attention, Ron will take care of it because that's the kind of guy he is. Just recieved our shed (chicken barn) today. The customer service is excellent. The delivery driver was amazing and put our shed right where we wanted it. He made sure we were fully satisfied. We will definitely be purchasing again in the near future.

Amazing experience with this company. Ron was excellent. We worked hard in our search for a barn for horses. Not only did Ron let us customize our 40x40 monitor barn, he answered ever call, every email, every text promptly. I can't say enough good things about Ron and the Mohawk valley crew. From designing and ordering our barn, to having it done ahead of schedule and placing it perfectly. Then Andy and his crew came out to put together the second floor with great quality and professionalism. I can't believe the whole thing was put up in one day. Ron's pricing and service before and after the sale have been great. I know we couldn't have gotten a better building anywhere for our money.

Started out looking for a shed to replace my 12x12. Took a drive out to see Ron,complete Professional,Knowledgeable about all his products. Loved what i saw and heard.Following week took the wife out,she picked out the colors from the roof to the shutters.Placed the order with him,Ron said 4-6 weeks to build,Perfect gave me time to get rid of the old one and prep the ground for the new one.Ron called me at week 4 but I wasnt ready.Following week the Delivery guy calls me at 715am says he will be there in a couple hours.Having coffee,look out front truck pulling a trailer with the new shed. Watched this gentlemen place it within a inch of all my marking.Unbelievable! Well when I order this shed didnt realize its almost a house.And I couldnt be happier with it.I did a lot of research about sheds being build local and across the state.NOONE and I mean NOONE came even close to Ron.....Thanks Ron

Very poor information on their website. Was texting with some guy named Ron later he declared that he was the owner. I needed specific information about the dimensions costs, floor plans, etc. for their structures. Just as I began texting with "Ron", he suddenly blocked me from messaging. So I called there hoping to get some more direct information, find out why my messages were suddenly blocked, and request a catalog or some kind of PDF that would give me floor plans, dimensions, and costs. Old Ron there thought that I was trolling him because I was asking in-depth questions about his products. ?? I told him that I could not find much information on his web page so he instead referred me to his Facebook page - RATHER THAN JUST GIVING ME INFORMATION OR EMAILING ME SOME SIMPLE PAPERS. He told me just to refer to their Facebook page and all the information I was looking for would be there. WHAT THE INFORMATION WAS NOT ON HIS FACEBOOK PAGE.This guy was so frustrating and so unprofessional and so unwilling to offer forth information so that I could buy some of his damn buildings, and this guy wants to argue with me and give me a hard time about getting information. Unfortunately it devolved into a screaming match over the phone.Now his online presence states that they do in stock buildings and they do custom buildings. I asked about small modifications to be done to one of his stock buildings, what he says that they don't do that kind of work, which makes me think that his company doesn't make anything at all! Seems to me that they are merely a distributor, efforts are both paranoid and confrontational.The man is ill-informed about his own web presence, and apparently his own products. He is a snide, confrontational clown. There are a number of other companies that sell similar products, companies that are cooperative and more than willing to get you whatever information you need to make a decision. Not old Ron though. The guy is a massive jerk and I wouldn't buy an apple off him during a depression. Screw you Ron if that's how you treat potential customers. What a freaking clown. I can't imagine what difficulties I might run into if I had to deal with this guy to buy the sheds and buildings I need.

We are very grateful for Ron's patience! Finally, after several trips to MVS and "a lot of questions", we purchased a log cabin with an office package. Well worth the trips! We are "Extremely Happy Customers!" The price, quality and customer service at MVS cannot be beat. We also took advantage of purchasing beautifully handcrafted rustic decorations, furniture and wood carvings by local artisans displayed on site. A fabulous pet friendly one stop shop! When it came to the day of delivery, Jim and his crew delivered our cabin as if it were his own. We were very amazed by his skill in the delivery process. Went and seen Ron after pricing sheds elsewhere in our area and was immediately blown away at his inventory and lower prices. I asked him how long to have one delivered and he responded "how about today" ? It was 2pm by the time I chose one and left and it was delivered nearly two hours later, perfectly placed with ease and I couldn't be more pleased. He was nearly $2000 cheaper on a 12x24 shed without the week long delivery wait. We called 4 different places this is the only company that answered the phone. We bought a house no shed or storage and when I filled out the application Ron told me he could have it delivered the same day or the following morning. 2 hours after we signed documents the driver pulled up with our shed thank you very much for the quick delivery. Sketchy customer service experience! We waited an entire day for shed delivery only to be contacted at 4 p.m. that delivery was impossible due to the weather and mud. Had I known this at 8 a.m. I could have enjoyed the day. The owner, Ron, didn't offer any compensation whatsoever, not a good customer experience whatsoever. Excellent business to deal with. Was able to order my shed on the phone (during Covid) and have it delivered. Here is the catch. I had them delivers it up a long and steep driveway. It had been rainy all spring and the clay was very slippery. Any other company would have said forget it, but the driver was tenacious. It took a couple of hours but he got it to the top. The owner is an absolute terrible human being. He messed up paperwork on his end to push a loan through. Because we didn’t immediately rectify the situation for him he starts threatening legal action on a Sunday afternoon. I highly advise going absolutely anywhere else for any sheds or metal buildings. Learn some manners and customer service.Edit: Sorry, now you're making things up. I never said I wasn't going to pay for the garage and it was your problem. I'll make sure to leave another negative review from my wifes account.

Best place to buy a new building. We purchased a double-wide Dutch style two-story cabin for our new camp and we couldn’t be happier. We shopped around for two years until we found Mohawk Valley Sheds. The prices are fantastic and customer service is professional, friendly, courteous, and super easy to work with. Ron took care of our order and followed up once the building was delivered and set up and took care of a small issue we had with one of the windows. His buildings are of high quality and the craftsmanship is unbelievable. We will definitely be back in the future and recommend this business to anyone looking for a new shed, garage, or cabin. Ron is always there, even on his days off, and is easy to contact when needed and has some great ideas.

I cannot imagine how this place got any bad reviews. My experience with Mohawk Valley from purchase to installation was fantastic. Ron answered all my questions...and there were a lot!! Everyone I dealt with- Ron, Matt and the other delivery guys, and the builders - was nice, professional, and courteous. My husband says nothing makes me happy but Ron brought me a barn that I'm estatic about. No mess left after installation either. Best prices around.

I saved for a very long time to get a gazebo, and was shocked at the prices when I started to look. Not so at Mohawk Valley Sheds!! Their prices were extremely reasonable, the products were top of the line, and Ron (owner?) was very personable, explained everything and was excellent to deal with. They even worked with me on getting a good time for delivery because I work out of the area. DON'T HESITATE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I'm extremely satisfied.

We purchased a shed from Mohawk valley sheds and it was delivered on time and the quality of the building is outstanding. Jim, who delivered the shed had it in place in less than hour. He was delightful to work with and an absolute master with his trailer. Our neighbor also purchased a shed from Mohawk and received the same professional service.
