I needed a roof replaced and was refereed to them.I called for an estimate and they came out and gave me a professionally quoted price and explained the products they were using. They also said they could possible finish this in 1 day, which was an enormous plus for me. They had days available that met my schedule. Many contractors will come out and you'll never get an estimate so I was thrilled. The day of the re-roof they showed up at 7:30 am and began working immediately, The crew was super hard working and really skilled in what they were doing. And guess What!! They were done and cleaned up and gone by 6:30 PM. They cleaned up very well and were great at protecting adjacent properties (i'm in the city) My roof is a bit complicated and had some steep areas that were a 12:12 pitch.I'd hire them again in a heartbeat, but my roof has a 50 year warranty, so I'm good for a while. I did thoroughly review their price and material quantities and they we price was what I thought it would be.

Lindsley's crew showed up on time and did most of the work in one day installing our metal roof on the older part of our house this summer. Last (2022) November I hired them to replace the asphalt shingle roof on the newer part of our house, and they completed that in less than a day. For that they had the best price of the three contractors that I checked with.

Called over the winter for an estimate knowing my roof was end of life and needed some attention. Dave was awesome answering all my questions and explaining both what the process looked like and different situations that arise. There was no heavy pressure applied or surprises. The estimate was very clear, covering what was included and what wasn't. Between then and when the weather allowed the work to be done, communication was great with followup questions and keeping us updated on scheduling. The day of the job they arrived right when they said they would and got everything done in one day, even after finding additional damage after striping the old shingles off. After they did a very detailed cleanup of the area, leaving no signs they were even there. I even got a follow up call a few days after the job to make sure we were satisfied. This is a fabulous company to work with! I called for an estimate had one set up immediately and they showed up exactly when they said they would, they also had my quote to me within 2 days. Jennifer worked with me to make the price more affordable, signed a contract the next day was quoted an estimated time they would start, which they were on time for. They showed up around 6:30am worked until 9:00pm and came back the next morning and spent a lot of time cleaning up. Left the premises cleaner than when they arrived. They dealt with a neighbor who wasn’t very nice very professionally. Did I mention I called other local roofing companies who came to look then didn’t even send me a quote..... just ghosted me. I saw their advertising on a billboard and thought why not give them a call after getting a quote from another company that had a good reputation. The quote I got was insane! You would have thought they were putting on shingles made of gold! J lindsley roofing's price was about HALF of what the other company wanted to charge! They showed up at a reasonable time and got right to work. When they showed up, I thought there would be a few guys and would take a few days. BOY WAS I WRONG! A fleet of professional looking vehicles, heavy equipment and about a dozen guys showed up. They did my entire house in ONE DAY! Cleaned everything up nicely. In my opinion, you won't find a more professional company that is reasonably priced like these guys! I will definitely use them again for future projects.

I have had this company do about four jobs on our residence. They fixed a chimney leak that nobody else seemed to be able to solve for literally 20 years. They cleared my roof in a particularly heavy snow fall. They made some minor repairs after a wind storm. They replaced my front roof, thenrecently did the remainder. Not a bit of trouble. No mess.Very reasonable rates. Courteous employees.Excellent on all counts. Will continue the business relstionship.

I recently had my 30yr original roof replaced. My wife and I met with a couple different contractors through the process.In the end for us it came down to wanting a particular roofing product, which any roofing company can get, but then using a contractor certified by that shingle manufacture to properly install the roof to mfg specifications.In choosing Jim Lindsey and his company we not only got the proper installation but also the greatest level of customer satisfaction you could ask for in a roof install. They were in-and-out in a day on a 3,300 sqft job with pitch, valley’s, skylights, etc. All the guys were completely courteous, professional, and very job conscious. That’s hard to find these days!I highly recommend this company.

This is not a company I would ever hire to work on my home. My wife came home yesterday morning to find a representative of J. Lindlsey Roofing on our property. All the gentleman said to her was "Can you make sure this car is moved by the time I get back?" (Her car parked in our own driveway) My wife said "sure" and that was how we were informed that our neighbor was having her roof replaced. When I came home from work later I found my entire driveway filled with workers and equipment. They were using my garden hose, my electricity, and had tools leaning against my house. They had heavy equipment parked in my driveway which left oil stains and shingle debris was blowing around the yard. All of this was done without asking any permission whatsoever from me or my wife. All they had to do was ask and we would've been happy to help... I used to be in that line of work and understand how difficult it is. I'm not sure what they charged my neighbor for their services but I'm confident it was too much. I saw them laying the new shingles over old ones on portions of the roof and I can see from my place that some of them aren't laying flat. It is also October... shingles need to get hot in order to seal to each other. I won't be surprised if some of them blow off before spring.

Poor customer service experience. I initially called and spoke with a customer service representative on Saturday April 13th who said I would receive a call the first of the week to schedule a free estimate for a number of roofs I need replaced. After not receiving a call as promised I called a second time on Saturday April 20th. I spoke with the same customer service representative who once again said someone would call me within the next couple days. It has now been over two more weeks and I still have not been called back for an estimate.

I highly recommend Lindsley Roofing. They are a definite professional company to hire.In the 20 years of living in my home, I have had my shingles and flashing redone two to three times due to several errors from other companies, who does not know the do’s and don’t when installing nails in the shingles and installing flashings. It has caused headaches. Do NOT use anyone who sub contracts out the job. It is not worth it. Flashing and nailing is the most crucial part of the job and must be done correctly. Because of my bad experienced in the past, I watched these Lindsley guys every step of the way and these guys know exactly what they are doing. They are phenomenal workers and did a professional job. I highly recommend them. Roofing is your major protection of your home, your interior and your belongings. Professional roofers who are trained is highly recommended....I learned the hard way. These guys are phenomenal. I can’t say enough. Thank you guys!

WONDERFUL work, clean (they actually clean up after themselves...not something that's a given with other contractors!), and FAST...one day. He brings enough workers to do the job REALLY fast!!! I would use them, and recommend them in a heartbeat. IF there is a question, they stop by and answer it even AFTER the job is done (ours was a tax incentive question). We'll be using them again, and again!

Our roof was reroofed 2 years ago. Workers did roof in one day, added fascia, finished soffits AND built open flat decking with step. All holding up great. Highly recommend.
