Called lifetime roofing after a water leak on the recent rainstorm. Warren was able to fit me in within 2 days to investigate the issue. He identified several potential problems and walked me through how to fix those areas (most were related to a window issue). Its clear this company has integrity and will give homeowners honest opinions. He did not try to up sell or charge for the service just simply asked for a shot at quoting the roof replacement when the time came. I will definitely be reaching out in a few years when the time comes for a roof replacement. Thank you

We first hired Vail Construction a few years ago when we experienced water problems in our home. A few other roofing companies said there was no other option than to completely replace it, but Warren came up with a repair option in our budget that would resolve the problem until we could afford a full roof replacement. This year we were thrilled to hire his team again to install a new metal roof. The seamless metal roof is truly flawless and is a massive upgrade to our home, but we were equally impressed with the company's professionalism; they were extremely respectful, quiet, communicative, and tidy, leaving the place cleaner than they found it. They even worked in the dark to ensure that the project was completed before our first bad snowstorm of the season. My roof was in desperate need of replacement. After extensive homework and quotes on contractors for best quality, best cost, type of materials used in addition to experience/ability this criteria was met by Warren Vail of lifetime roofing/Vail construction.On the agreed upon start date they showed up on that morning and by end of day his crew had stripped the entire roof, hauled the scrap away and installed the new roof. He even addressed the issues with my soffit and fascia and made the necessary repairs and replacement of fascia.He and his crew were extremely professional, courteous and respectful of my property throughout the job.The next day 2 neighbors complimented that the guys that did the roof attacked the job hard, were busy all day and that the roof looked fantastic, to which I agree.In addition, several days after the job Warren was considerate and professional to contact me to follow up that I was satisfied with the entire job.Therefore I highly recommend this company. Excellent job, Fast service, Excellent experience. I will not hesitate to call on Warren for my all my future roofing jobs in addition to some of his other specialties that he offers.

Lifetime Roofing is very professional, high quality, and reasonably priced. I received quotes from multiple companies; Vail wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive. But they did ask the best questions and spent the most time actually on the roof looking at what the project would actually need. Vail discussed issues that none of the other companies ever asked about. They gave me confidence in their abilities on that initial visit far above the other companies.On the start date of the project, they arrived promptly at 8:00am as discussed and went right to work. The crew was friendly and they were there to work. They didn't waste any time. They finished the job the same day. When there was rotted wood discovered on the edge of the roof, they communicated with me immediately, showed me the problem, and fixed it at the price we agreed to in the pre-work contract "if there happens to be rotted wood under the old roof". Very modest cost.The roof was completed the same day. Cleanup was complete; no debris was found anywhere on the property. I was concerned about scraps that may have been missed before we could let the dogs back into the yard, but we found no debris of any type; excellent cleanup.We also had new seamless gutters installed by Vail at same time. A rain storm the next day, along with very high winds, proved the quality of the workmanship; no problems whatsoever with the roof or gutters in this tremendous storm.I have confidence that hiring Vail was a very good decision. I am already talking with them about the next projects in the kitchen and bathroom. Yes, Vail was the right choice.

In my opinion this is a 10 star company if you would like to hire a company that you can trust 100% I would highly recommend this company they were polite respectful efficient and on time they even cleaned up shingles that were on our front lawn from a previous roofer they did a complete teardown right to the rafters and installed new plywood ice and water and a brand new metal roof we absolutely love it it looks fantastic and it makes us smile every time we pull in our driveway and see it this is a great family business I want to personally thank Warren his dad and every member of the crew that came to help us with our roof they provided us with comfort security and peace of mind and I can't thank them enough great job guys you truly care about people and their roofsService: Roof installation
