I lost most of the soffit on the front of my house 2 days ago due to high winds. The guys from Over the Top Roofing came out and took care of it right away. The staff of OTT are friendly, professional, and are great at what they do! They take precautions and clean up the area as if they were never here. All you see is the finished work. Prices are better than some and they always get back to me. Over the Top Roofing will be my first call for anything to do with my home or roof! Thanks guys! =)

I did not hire these people or give them permission to be on my property, they literally just showed up and started climbing on my house! Not even a knock, I found out when my cameras caught some dude in a hoodie peeking around my yard.I would never hire a company that can't even read a house number or knock to announce themselves before working on my house

Had a 80 ft and 40 ft retaining walls done, a new dinning room floor installed, 4 replacement windows installed, a gutter system around my lean to and front porch installed along with siding with stone installed on my garage and 4 seasons room…Over The Top Roofing also has done a couple minor roof repairs at my house. Terrible workmanship, but worse than that the customer service was atrocious. The last phone call with the project manager ended with him telling me to go f$&* myself. When I went to the office about the poor results they said that if I posted about my satisfaction that they "Have the best lawyers. Go right ahead." I don't take kindly to being threatened.

Terrible job. Asked to replace metal roof and plywood that was damaged due to leak and they did not replace the plywood. They just went “over the top” of it and left giant gaps that allowed bats to get in. The original roof was not installed properly and they did not say anything they just redid the improper installation. I found out the next year when I had bats getting in. They also took several months to complete the job. I would never recommend or use them again. Couldn’t be less happy. Now I have to replace it all again after only one year.It was also in my contract to replace plywood as needed which was not done. This is why the bats got in. As a “professional” roof installer why would you do that and also not let the customer know that the way the roof was installed was not correct? Instead you just repeated the previous installer’s poor work. Makes no sense to me and was a waste of thousands of dollars.

Our church contracted with Over The Top Roofing in December 2021 to install a new roof in April 2022. The new roof installation began on April 18 and was completed on April 27, 2022. The crew was pleasant and professional. The Crew Leader was always available to answer any questions. They worked extremely hard. The installation of the Owens Total Protection Roofing System and the materials were of high quality. The clean up of all old roofing materials was excellent. Over The Top had 2-3 guys at the end of each day picking up large and small pieces and magnets picking up nails. When the roof was complete, they brought in topsoil, grass seed and hay to repair lawn areas.Our new roof looks great. Over the top roofing was very responsive to any issues I had after the roof was completed, they came back twice to address two different issues that I had, were respectful and courteous in talking with me. The roof is beautiful and looks great on my house, Mike recommended a good product and I'm confident that this will serve me well for many years to come. Remains to be seen how it holds up over the first winter, but I expect based on my experience with Mike and his crew and teams that any issue will be addressed in a timely fashion. They begged us for weeks to help them get a Painting job started in Binghamton 2 hrs away because they couldn’t get anyone down there. So we tried for a couple Saturdays and it was too much on the crew all that driving after 40 hrs in a week.We did about 70% of the building and they understand we couldn’t come back , I charged them wholesale just to get my money back because we didn’t or couldn’t finish this building and they totally understood. Now, 9 months later and they don’t want to pay? Excuses after excuses “oh, we never got the bill” so I send it two more times and still nothing.If this is how they do business? This is probably how they roof houses and seeing other reviews about them on here. I would stay away. No integrity when an other business helps you out and you stuff them for a lousy $2300.00Bullseye Painting.

Never called to schedule times showed up whenever they wanted and never finished the job and got paid in full never completed work I stoped even trying to schedule times for work to get done and finish the job and they never got back to me.. work still not completed almost a year later .. would never recommend very unprofessionalServices: Roof repair, Roof damage repair

so I tried to hire these people to do the same job i tried to hire another co that was a no call no show and they came out gave an estimate said theyd be back to do the work so i even was going to pay them in cash they did text me so i called left messages text and even though they said theyd do the job they never showed up never responded back. I mean if they didnt want the job at the very least tell someone that was following up with you trying to pay you to do work and let them know you dont want the job.
