I am extremely pleased to share that from start to finish I am profoundly thankful for the job 1st All Weather Roofing provided. Brian came and visited with me and talked me through all my concerns. He left me with a packet of information including his insurance and credentials. He was clean cut, dressed well and and informative. I received multiple quotes for different materials and he provided me that on a weekend. I was briefed regularly on the date of arrival an the work. The workers showed up and worked and completed the job. Brian also protected me by having me pay half up front and half upon completion. I couldn’t be more pleased. This is how business is supposed to be run. I received a follow up call from the office to check and make sure I was satisfied and I also received this survey. I injured myself the day after the roofers left and was on bed rest for several days which made it hard for me to make final payment. Hanna in the office understood and they gave me a little extra time to square up. I’ve had countless people here in Argyle/Glens Falls that have ripped me off, not shown up, not provided quotes on time, etc. These are the people to call if you need work done and done correctly. I have many other projects around my house and I will be calling Brian and his team to do the work. Very trustworthy, honest, reasonable and reliable.

From our first phone call to completion of the job - we felt confident with 1st All Weather Roofing.After receiving estimates from other contractors (for a few different projects) scribbled on scraps of paper, we were pleased to receive a detail oriented packet at our first meeting containing documents including not only testimonials , but insurance info and endorsements - truly ‘the whole package’.Great office staff when we went in to pay deposit- friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.Our project was completed promptly.No research needed next roofing project - Brian’s got the job!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I have had nothing but issues and problems with them since they started working across the street from my house. They have taken months, they do not care about anyone in the area when doing work. They block you into your driveway. You ask them to move and they are very unprofessional about it. They ignore requests. I have 2 children and we come and go to our house consistently thru the day. The police have been called numerous times. The foreman of the worksite apologized and promised to make it right only to continue to have the same issues. Now he is parking directly behind our driveway on purpose and when he moves, another vehicle makes sure it goes in its place. They have been working at the same property for months and all we have had is problems. I do not recommend a company that promises little simple things and can't deliver. I can't imagine a roof!
