I contracted fireside construction to do snow removal for my elderly mother. We agreed on the snow removal being done on a continual basis. He failed to show up on time and failed to contact me regarding a huge delay. When he arrived to see my elderly mother removing 18 inches of snow, he just left and didn’t even attempt to do the work. Then he called and flat out canceled me and left my elderly mother to clean the rest. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
