I am pleased to say that my roof leaking issue has finally been resolved by the repair service. Special thanks to the field manager, Many, who was very polite and professional throughout the process. He addressed my leaking issue and assured me of quicker service in the future. Although they were late in fixing my roof, I am satisfied with the way they handled the issue. I would like to give credit to the office manager, Natasha, and the field manager, Many, for their excellent customer service. However, I had a negative experience with the owner, Jerry, who was very rude. I suggest avoiding dealing with Jerry and instead working directly with Natasha or Many.

When I call Jerry he ask me to stop by his showroom he show my wife and I few of the houses he has done in the area which we like a lot. He gave us a price and held it for a year until we were ready. We are more than happy, up to now he always take my calls or calls back and his team is very professional and polite. He still have to come and finish a couple tile around the chimneys which I believe he will came back I never had no problem with communication he is always there when I need him. I would highly recommend them very hard to get a good Terracotta roofer with Mediterranean Roofing can't go wrong. He travel 2 1/2 hours to my house with out problem.Service: Roof installation

Jerry helped us pick out this tile to match the color and design of our house. It came out really beautiful! He even gave us a discount since we were referred by our uncle who builds costume homes in Queens. Before went to Mediterranean roofing we checked two other places, not very impressed with the selections, prices and timeline to install. They know roofing! Jerry and his whole team at Mediterranean ARE THE BEST! Their company serves the Northeast and comes with the full backing of the very esteemed tile manufacturer Tejas Borja. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for the best tiles and the best installers as recommended by the manufacturer TejasBorjaThe tiles and their work is amazingly beautiful! Their team was on point every step of the process. They kept the site as clean as they could UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES...(don't forget that this is major construction going on & they are only one of the multiple contractors during the building process).I've seen reviews and was determined to meet with more than one roofing contractor during my selection process. I did meet with them well in advance and I am glad I did so! I have dealt with all kinds of contractors over the years.I can tell you that here in the Northeast I wanted the very best tiles for this climate, so I went through the arduous process, reviewing different tile manufacturers and the installation contractors. I did find that other roofing contractors are not quite as forthcoming about the process.Jerry (the owner) can be very straight and honest...sometimes he will tell you what others won't because he knows this product better than anyone, which is why the manufacturer recommends his company over anyone in the Northeast. Horrible company!! AVOID!! We hired them to do our clay roof only to find out they did not secure the job by nailing in the clay roof. Recently a couple of the clay pieces fell off the roof! Our car was severely damaged. Luckily no body was harm. We asked them to pay for the car damages and they refused saying we don’t have proof. We have all of this on camera. Pauline, their only service rep who is also the sister of the owner Jerry decided to block my number from the beginning. I had to use another phone to get through to her! And her response was “take us to court”. They will be receiving a letter very shortly.
