The team at IAC Moldbusters was excellent! They were so professional and clean. I never realized that my HVAC unit and vents needed to be cleaned every two years. There was about 3” of dust in them. My family always suffered from allergies and since we had them cleaned, our allergies improved. Their pricing is good and I would recommend them.

My experience with Moldbusters was terrific. I have to say I was leery at first having mold remediation companies give me estimates. I’ve heard too many stories. Jeffrey Sindone was extremely professional and available for any questions/concerns. Once the air quality results were in he had a proposal and recommendations within 24 hours. He explained the entire process from start to finish.Moldbusters estimates were fair and detailed. I had three other quotes and they were more money and not as detailed. The reps from the other companies did not follow up and basically went radio silent once they submitted their estimates based on the air quality results.Jeffrey’s crew from Moldbusters couldn’t have been more professional, attentive and organized. All top notch and their results were amazing. With a new Aprilaire dehumidifier, painted walls, ceilings and floor the basement is dry and no longer has that musty smell. They all went above and beyond to get the job done!I would highly recommend them...

Rob Sindone and the IAC team are stellar. I had an unknown and hidden animal invasion at my house in WHB. I first called in an exterminating company but within a few days the scope proved beyond their expertise and I contacted Rob Sindone at IAC. Unfortunately for me, the situation was far worse than I could have imagined and as I quickly became versed on the extent of the damage raccoons can cause, Rob supported me with all the Insurance inspections and any additional trades I needed to get the house cleaned, disinfected and habitable. With patience and professionalism, Rob gingerly walked me through the process. When walls were open and exploration finished, I had to have the whole house cleaned, disinfected and new ducting put in. The IAC team was there 5 weeks working around the clock. We were working against a deadline and I did not want to compromise any aspect f the decontamination and reconstruction process. Neither did Rob. Rob also recommended a first rate restorative cleaner and sanitizer for the rugs, furniture etc. one that performed at the same level of professional excellence as IAC did.As team leader, Rob was also working around the clock. He was never more than 10 minutes away from returning my call or texting me back when I had a question. Rob was always courteous and professional and made himself at all hours of the day. I know the job was done with meticulous care and that no shortcuts were taken as the team wanted to do the job right and complete the project knowing that every corner had been inspected, cured and delivered back to me in as new condition.Having been in business over 40 years, I often ask myself where the professionals have gone? Those that are not only true experts in their fields but also have a exemplary work ethic . With Rob Sindone and the IAC, I found that team. They completed the project with a level of expertise and care that showed in every aspect of their deliverables.Rob and the IAC team not only get my 5 Gold Stars but my heartfelt respect for being the dedicated professionals that delivered a perfect product. Rob,I want to take the time to thank you for the remediation work performed at my mother’s residence this past summer, which turned up not only mold but also rodent infestation.I was present in her home before and immediately after completion of the job and now have returned about 6 weeks later to further assess the results. It is like night and day.The extremely thorough assessment and remediation work done by Ricardo and his crew was professional and excellent. They came at the appointed time, finished the job on schedule, with minimal disruption to household activities and, when complete, the work area was immaculate.We appreciate that they were able to salvage some old books that had great sentimental value.They took the time to identify and eliminate all present and potential entry sources of pests into the home to prevent further infestation in the future.I cannot begin to relate the improvement in the overall home environment.The odor which had, in retrospect, been increasing for quite some time has been eliminated.Everyone’s health has improved. This is not a placebo effect.My mother had been experiencing recurrent lung infections over the last year, something that she had never had before, in addition to chronic fatigue - all now gone without recurrence within 2 weeks of the remediation work.For the last 5 years, my daughters would both come down with sinus problems and “colds” within 24 hours of any visit to the home, regardless of the time of year- no recurrences now after 4 visits since the remediation.The addition of the Aprilaire dehumidifier has made a noticeable improvement in the basement that is palpable; moreover, hygrometer testing shows that the relative humidity has been reduced from 75% down to an optimal 50%.I also want to acknowledge you for your superb availability, whether by cell phone or email.
