Will they make you chase them down? Will it be fixed promptly? With Justin and Empire Sheds, you can trust that won't be an issue. I was one of the very unfortunate few whose shed was delivered with a cosmetic error. Justin took every step he could to fix the problem, kept me apprised of the progress, and delivered a new shed within a week exactly as ordered. I couldn't be happier with the finished product, but I am even more pleased with how they handled the problem. I purchased a used 14x16 shed from Empire Shed Sales and the sales process was great. Justin was responsive and up front with the deal, also no sales gimmicks that would irritate the common man.Tim was the gentlemen that I worked with for the shed delivery and he was great to work with as well. On time for the delivery and setup, we hit a snag with the shed that caused some damage. But Tim performed the repairs with what we had on hand and eventually we called up Justin and figured out a path that was the best for everyone.I am very happy with the end result and will work with Empire Sheds in the future if the need arises.Service: Shed moving
