On time and on schedule! After countless hours of research and prospective quotes from various contractors, we went with Green Tree Construction Inc. I had my backyard redone with 4000 psi concrete(28 days cure time). Mike and Ron's team performed an outstanding service. I also had some windows resealed at a fair price due to some leaks. I would hire them again for future projects. The project was done ON-TIME and within budget, despite the minor obstacles due to parking issues in my neighborhood. They raised the bar in customer satisfaction and project completion with no hassle. Thank You!

Peter, Sabrina and his team at Greentree construction are my biggest regrets when renovating my home. What should've been a 3-4 month project took more than 14 months to complete. Save yourself the stress, headache, and unnecessary markups on their work, and find another company or team to work with!- We constantly caught Greentree construction taking cheap shortcuts, which was reflected in the quality of craftmanship. This resulted in needing to do the work over again, sometimes more than 3x.- It was more or less unproductive for the project manager to even visit the home, because whatever we discussed, he would forget, so we had to essentially project manage ourselves.- They ruined very expensive wallpaper, said they were going to fix it, and never did.- They built a door frame for us, and the door doesn't even fit properly in the frame.- We bought a prebuilt sink and vanity, which they somehow still managed to install incorrectly, and tried to hide it by adding a woodchip to level the vanity.- They built a shelf niche in the wall, and couldn't even straighten the wall for the shelf, and their solution was to refit an uneven shelf holder in there to fit the slanted wall that they built!- Their favorite construction tool is silicone, which they use to cover up poor construction.- Most of their crew doesn't speak any english, and there isn't a manager while they're working to help guide them.- They are incredibly unresponsive and rude unless its to ask for a check.

GreenTree Construction is an AMAZING company! I can't say enough positive things about this company and their workers. They are an honest group of men who are efficient and extremely trustworthy. They were given the task of remodeling the entire first floor of our two family home, placing new paneling on the exterior of the house and new steps. The work was done in a timely fashion. They don't cut any corners and they give you top of the line quality in regards to material and work. The finished outcome was neat and it exceeded our expectations. GreenTree was also extremely patient as we asked for a few things at the last minute and were always a phone call or text away. Peter gave great suggestions in how we could improve our home and make it look modern. My home is now the best looking house on the block and I will be using Greentree for any future work that is needed.

GreenTree did an excellent job on our kitchen renovations. They simultaneously renovated both kitchens in our 2-family home. The time frame on one of the kitchens took longer than expected due to the countertop being on backorder. From the start, Mike was very patient and understanding of our requirements. Vinny was punctual and detailed as he directed the crew. Sabrina was just phenomenal! Kitchen renovations can be a very stressful project. Sabrina offered creative advice on all aspects of our renovation project, which helped to keep us at ease. We felt like our job was top priority when speaking with Sabrina. Overall, GreenTree was very neat and thorough. They were responsive and corrected any mistakes and problems that arose during the renovations. Give them a try, you will be glad you did!

We renovated a bathroom and home office (our first renovation experience) and we absolutely LOVE the outcome! Mike was a genuine professional from start to finish. He was super responsive and true to his word. He listened to our needs, communicated well, and always followed through. Although we knew exactly what we wanted, the suggestions he offered were terrific and we're so happy we followed them! The thing about Mike that we appreciated most was that he was attentive to our meticulous nature: a really patient guy! When I first reached out to Mike, I got the sense right from the get-go that he would be the one to take on this job of renovating our home. I asked of him two things: 1. Help me turn this building into a home for my growing family 2. Make it possible with the limited budget that I had. Mike made himself available every step of the way. Aside from helping us hone our vision, he was influential in helping us keep to our budget. He advised us on cost saving measures, as well as work that would be worth spending additional resources on. He was always fair, and a great communicator. There was never a guessing game as to what was happening when, and how much it would cost. If something came up, I was told right away, in addition to possible solutions. The quality of the work was possible because of the skilled workers that GreenTree employs. Everyone was always respectful, clean, and hardworking. Mike is a professional to the fullest extent of the word, and not because he’s great at his job, but because he truly cares. He understood what I meant when I said I wanted a home for my family, and being a family man himself, he put his heart into this project. Let me start off by saying this, if you are looking for a contractor who will 1) Do FANTASTIC work, 2) Be literally the most FAIR as can be, and 3) Be an EXCELLENT communicator, then look no further than Greentree Construction. This was my first time renovating a house (also my first home purchase). We needed to completely gut the house and we were as nervous as can be. I knew nothing about construction, nothing about renovations, and knew no one in this industry. All I knew, was that my wife and I wanted a beautiful home, along with a fair price, and someone who we could communicate with and ask questions to along the way. Greentree BY FAR exceeded ALL of my expectations. Mike, the owner, was amazing. He helped with every question we had along the way, gave fantastic suggestions, and made us feel so comfortable in a time that could have been very stressful. Trust me, I was annoying, there were so many things that I didn't know. He thoroughly explained so many different options to us, and was ALWAYS fair price wise. Steve was the carpenter who did most of the work in my house, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was so helpful, kind, and always respectful. His experience went a long way for us, as he was able to guide us through every stage of the reno, and offer suggestions that really made sense. He did a great job installing our kitchen cabinets, island, and farm sink. He installed our bathtub and all of our fixtures - everything came out beautiful. The demolition crew was really great. Sonny and his men were professional and did a fantastic job. George and the tile crew were fantastic, they really did a great job with our bathroom and backsplash. Rich did an amazing job installing central heat/air in the house, and he was courteous, kind, and professional. Bruce was a pleasure to deal with and he did a great job with staining our floors and also putting new wood floors down in some areas where needed. He matched everything perfectly. The painters worked very hard everyday and did a great job on the walls, celings, crown molding, soffit, etc. I couldn't be happier that I came across Greentree to literally do all the work for my new house. Oh, and here's the kicker: they completed the ENTIRE reno in about 8 weeks. They worked tirelessly to get this done for me as soon as possible. Every other company I spoke to, told me 3-4 months to complete the same job. This saved me thousands of dollars since we were still renting in our apartment while the house was being worked on. I HIGHLY recommend using Mike and his team. You will not be disappointed with the quality of work and fantastic service that his company will provide. I have been trying to have my kitchen renovated for almost a year now and was search for the right company to hire. After a long search and speaking to different companies I came across Mike who works for GreenTree Construction and they really wowed me. Their way of business was so convenient for me, I didn’t have to go out to any store they brought all the samples to my house for me to pick from and really helped turn my kitchen into my dream kitchen. Whenever I walk into it now I feel like I’m in a whole new house it’s just so amazing. It took about a month to get everything done from demolishing to the final touches. I really want to say how grateful I am that I took my time to find a company to finish my house. I waited 20 years to for someone to redo my entire home. I interviewed 5 companies and I want to say I made to right decision when I chose Greentree Construction. From the beginning to end I received to most professional courtesy from the Greentree team. Peter came and gave me the most care that anyone could have given someone like me as I was such a nervous nelly. He reassured me that I would be in good hands and I sincerely can say , I WAS !!!!!!!! His team I can honestly say was the pinnacle of what I was hoping for. They redid my whole entire house and my son was even impressed when he flew in from Florida to review the progress and see what was happening in my home. I also had to say that Sabrina was extremely amazing as well. She answered every call even on a Sunday when I had a question that was so trivial but she called me back just to answer. She gave me suggestions that would best suit me for my situation as her favorite thing to say to me is "Safety First". Thank you for your patience, understanding and aiding me in my options and reminding me about "Safety First" when I would come up with my crazy HGTV ideas. The workers were always on time and respectful. One even helped me with my groceries on his lunch break to make sure all my bags where brought into the basement (this is where I resided when the construction was happening upstairs). I have recommended them to two of my sisters and they are so excited to start their projects in the next two months. Thank you GreenTree Team you are the best. My Basement is next comes February. I wish I could post pictures but not tech savy enough.

I reached out to a few different contractors. Pete from GreenTree responded quickly. He was professional and very patient as I was unsure of exactly what I wanted. I should add here that he was also prompt in his response which I greatly appreciated and some of the other contractors still haven't returned my phone call.. Just sayin. Anyway, Pete returned again and again to help me decide what was best ( I wasn't the easiest customer) and give insights into how he would proceed as a professional and even when I was a bit unsure he was patient and assured me that all he wanted was for me to be happy with the job. Needless to say, I am HAPPY with the job! I have since put Pete's cell # in my phone and will definitely call him for all my future home renovation projects.

Working with Greentree Construction has been an excellent experience overall from start to finish. They have been flexible, responsive and earnest in how they deal with customers. The work they performed on our home was nothing short of high quality, especially the the small steps on the side of our house which really impressed me. The brick repointing and concrete was also very well done. I would highly recommend Greentree to anyone without reservation.

I decided to use this contractor given the great reviews, but I, unfortunately, did not have the same experience as everyone else.1. There was a constant lack of communication and failed promises.2. The contractor constantly kept trying to seek money withoutfollowing the contractual timeline for payments.3. Several things in the house were not done as per the fire code--which eventually had to be redone.4. Approved architecture plans were not followed5. Work had to be redone after the failure of the department of buildinginspection6. Poor craftsmanshipOverall, the contractor was not aware of what the employees were doing.Every time we asked for updates, he wouldn't know what to tell us and would become defensive. He failed to give us proper updates on the projects. In addition, the work was sloppy (appliances were damaged, tiles weren't lined up properly, etc). Even after several cleaning, we still had to clean to remove construction debris and plaster. Lastly, we had them renovate our laundry room, we recently had to change the position of the door and noticed the door jam was not secured from when they originally renovated. Try them at your own risk, we won't be using their services again.

Greentree Construction recently rebuilt and waterproofed my porch/front steps and installed pavers in my driveway. It looks wonderful. The pavers are beautiful and the way they rebuilt the steps cannot image a drop of water getting in. Workers were respectful and diligent. Overall the price was reasonably and I am very satisfied.

Approximately 6 years ago, my neighbor had her roof replaced. I was impressive with the number of people on the job for a single-family house. The entire area was protected with tarps and the team was well coordinated. Within one long Saturday, her house has a new roof. No temporary tarp overnight and she had no leaks. Now, my house needed a new roof, I contacted the same company, and I received the same quality workmanship as my neighbor. The price was reasonable and I will recommend this company to my friends.

Wow, what an amazing job! So glad we chose Greentree for our gut renovation. They gutted our entire basement and made our dream become a reality. Check out the before and after photos! They demo'ed all the wood paneling on the walls, demo'ed the ceiling, knocked down a bunch of walls, and tore out the old kitchen. The Demo Crew was great, they did everything so quickly, they were courteous, professional, AND they cleaned up the mess and did a great job doing so. Greentree sheetrock'ed the entire basement and painted everything. They installed our new floors (wood-look porcelain tile). They built our 3-piece bathroom from ground up! They tiled the entire bathroom and installed all of our fixtures. Installed our kitchen cabinets, backsplash, butcher block countertop, washer & dryer, doors, and mounted all of the shelves for us. Mike, the owner, was literally the best. He spent so much time with us and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Steve was such a pleasure to work with, he did all of the plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work, and everything came out fantastic. He helped us in so many ways by offering great suggestions. He worked so hard everyday we are so glad we met him. Not only is their work EXCELLENT, they are also VERY fair with pricing. If you are looking to do a gut reno, or just to remodel your home, you must give these guys a call, they literally take care of everything for you, you will not be disappointed!!!! Sometimes checking out the flyers left on your doorknob really pay off!!After consulting with Peter from GreenTree (and several other contractor companies as well), I went with my instincts and chose GreenTree for new windows, siding, gutters, and electrical upgrade. I chose well—so very pleased with the results! Everything is absolutely stunning!Started with 16 windows which were installed efficiently in one day—noticed an immediate improvement on indoor temperature.The siding crew was professional, meticulous in every detail, and really cleaned up every evening. They worked diligently on the 3-story until it was done—no messing around. Gutters and electric upgrade immediately followed. The electrician is wonderful and says he will be in attendance when ConEd comes to install smart meters. So, almost there.Peter and the entire GreenTree team are great to work with and truly have reasonable pricing. You might find some contractors that charge just a little bit less, but I don’t think you would get the quality of work that you definitely will receive by going with GreenTree. Highly recommend!!Glad I didn’t throw that door flyer into the recycle bin!

We recently decided to make major repairs/improvements to our house. We received estimates from four different contractors for a new roof, a new stoop, to have the concrete driveway re-done, and have the backyard grass removed and replaced with concrete. We chose GreenTree Construction because Peter gave a professional presentation with a detailed estimate. He was upfront, honest, and made helpful suggestions. All the work was completed in a few days. The renovations were done with expert craftsmanship and each crew was polite, clean, and professional. Peter called us everyday to make sure we were happy with what was done, which we were. Even after the job was completed he called to make sure we were happy with the end results. GreenTree Construction, Inc. did work on the back of the house: cemented, patched holes, provided sealant, etc. to cover up holes and leakage areas. They also removed awning in backyard and they supplied and installed a new aluminum awning. The workers were on time, very professional and took special care in doing the job right. Peter came by and checked the work. In addition, Dan came by to check the awning to see if it was done right. They were very satisfied and so was I! Now they are going to supply and install 6 awnings to the back of the house. I am so pleased with their professional workmanship, timely manner and would certainly use them again.

We hired Green Tree to remodel our kitchen and dining room into an open concept, as well as the powder room. We later went on to do our full bath. I absolutely LOVE this company. I just had a gut Reno for my bathroom. My bathroom was full of mold. On top of that, the faucet in the tub didn’t shut off all the way. So the water just kept running. No matter how hard I tried to turn it off. It was so annoying. I decided it was time to get the bathroom redone.I looked into a few companies. Price range they came in the middle.I decided to go with Green Tree because of the vibe that I got. When Peter came for the consultation I didn’t feel like he was trying to jerk me around. He advised what could and couldn’t be done. He knew what he was talking about and I appreciate that.Let’s talk about Sabrina. She is the absolute best. I LOVE her. She coordinated the job with me from beginning to end. I’ve never met her, but it’s like I’ve known her forever. As if she was one of my friends. I appreciate all of her help. Just had Pete and the guys at green tree redo my homes siding. The team arrived early got right to work were friendly and responsive to what i wanted.
