He was very informative and communicative throughout the process, helping us choose color combinations and which products would be right for us. If I could give no stars I would. Jose is family, and he beyond screwed my family and I. Took him 6 months to install our pool and deck. Left it less then half done, never grounded the pool, drank on the job came when ever he felt like and left when he felt like. Wanted more money after we gave him almost 29,000 dollars. He said he would come fix the horrible job he did, but never came nor contacted us back.Service: General construction

Jose came over to give me an estimate on remodeling my shower. He was friendly, gave me a good price and said that he will stop by later in the week to show me samples of the materials he thought were appropriate for the shower. A week later I texted him, and he said that he didn't make it out to the place with the materials but will soon. He also said he ordered a catalogue and that he will be receiving it shortly. He said that "he didn't forget me" and then we spoke briefly on the phone where he said that he has a great showerhead for me, etc. I waited another week, and texted for an update. No response. Texted again, no response. This lasted for about 3 days, and ironically, since we both have Android phones, I could see that he is reading my messages. I asked that he at least respond with a "no, I can't help you any longer" or something along those lines. Nothing. I wasted 2 weeks and need to look for a new contractor. Unbelievable.
