Hired these guys to remodel my kitchen. The kitchen and craftsmanship came out 5 stars, however the project took a couple weeks longer than we projected, which is rough when you're not able to use your kitchen. If the job ran on time, this would be a 5 star review.

Within 24 hours of getting this patio installed the pavers became horribly discolored and looked extremely aged. I contacted Vincent and he immediately had his men come back and do an Acid wash on these pavers - which did not work. His men and him all agreed they didn’t understand why the pavers looked so bad and they would replace them since the cleaning didn’t work. This was approximately 2 months ago. I’ve called / texted Him weekly since the job was done. He has constantly dodged my calls or told me it would be fixed by whatever date only to not come when promised. He even came to do work at my neighbors house and promised to fix mine that week but never showed. Although he and his staff seemed to do well at first several months of broken promises and a large unresolved issue would make me highly advise against using this company again especially given the cost.

They did a outstanding job building the two car garage at our house on 8 hunter pl in Hicksville. Also they did a outstanding job in designing and remodeling the bathroom on the level the kalen brothers highly recommend theses people. Domenic and vinny. I am sitting in my beautiful home on this Halloween evening and decided to let everyone know why. A little background...we had an old Cape. Looked to move and chose to stay. Hired Precision to convert our house to a colonial. Project started in February of 2020 one month before Covid hit. To say we were panicked is an understatement. However I must say that Vinny came through with his calm demeanor and work ethic. Every step of the way he pushed through and most of the subcontractors were exceptional. Thank you to Vinny and his team, especially Frank for a job well done. It wasn’t easy but oh so worth it. Blessings to Precision. Always. I hired precision builders to build my dream home. It was a complete disaster. Vinnie the owner was totally unreliable and dishonest. I would pay him and he would not pay his subcontractors. They were constantly calling me to get paid. It was both unethical and embarrassing.To build an entire house he would send one worker at a time and usually for half a day. Our family was completely stressed by his behavior during the project and the experience was beyond miserable. I finally had no choice but to part ways and finish the job without him. I cannot believe that he is actually showcasing my house (the beautiful French tudor with a turret -that is still leaking) Located in Massapequa on his website, with both still photos and video. I would not recommend his services to anyone!Vinnie , remove my house from your website.

I just signed up with Precision Builders to add a second floor on my home. I spoke with 4-5 other contractors in the Long Island area and felt this was my best experience. The owner Vinny was very friendly and knowledgable. Did not pressure me or my wife at all during the entire process. What we liked the most was how prepared they were. Some of the contractors we spoke to were throwing random numbers at us. Vinny & Andrew took the time to break down the entire project and prepared a fully detailed estimate that others did not. We are excited to start our new project!Thank you Precision Builders!

Precision Builders added living space and renovated one of my rental properties in Nassau County. We remodeled the kitchen, added new floors, added a living room and replaced all the doors throughout the house. The job was priced right and these guys know what they’re doing. The job could have been completed a little faster but I guess that’s expected for construction projects with delays. Still would recommend using them.

After I called 3 times , filled an online form and sent a message through social media I received a call back 2 days later and was able to schedule an appointment for an estimate . The day of the appointment my wife and I left work early so we can both be home when the contractor arrived but guess what ? No show ! I called 2 times , no answer , 3 days later still waiting . Thank you for wasting our time 👍
