In September we had a flood that completely flooded out our basement. Of course with any insurance job, the entire process with our insurance company was a disaster. After 30 days of getting nowhere, I decided to reach out to contractors who had experience with these type of projects to help with the claim and also provide estimates. We spoke with 5 different companies, but only 2 even showed up to our appointment, Premier and another company. Nick from Premier impressed us with how much he knew and completely took the reigns on the insurance end of things. We finally got things moving and we decided to go with them for the work. They remodeled our basement in Long Island. We couldn't have been happier with the experience.

We had premier remodel our kitchen on Long Island. We replaced everything in our old kitchen entirely, from the tile to the electrical wiring/plumbing pipes. Andrew handled all the paperwork & inspections with the town and got the job finished before we even expected. Premier Builders replaced the decking at the back of our house and changed out the windows. Our old deck was rotted with 20 year old pressure treated wood from the previous owners. They replaced it with Trex decking and railings. Everything came out the way we thought it would. Would use them again for sure.

We set out to look for a contractor for the biggest project we have done to date. We were looking to redo all our cement with pavers and build a front half porch. From Day 1, Andrew and his team were all over it, from the permitting process and dealing with the Village right through putting up the final railings. Communication was clear and accurate. Whenever we requested any changes or additions, Andrew was very responsive and worked with us on price and options. We love the finished product. I would highly recommend Premier to anyone.
