I can’t say enough about the excellence of the customer service at Element Energy Systems. We do our due diligence when choosing a company to work with and when looking into solar, it was no different. Patrick McIntyre was the only solar rep (we got around 4 quotes) that wasn’t trying to sell us a dream. Instead, he educated us on the benefits of solar. Not once did we feel pressured to buy. The decision to buy happened naturally as we were sold on the benefits and the relationship we built with Patrick. He was detailed, responsive and great guide throughout the entire process.Installation was on time and smooth.We did have an issue where the company used for the app had the wrong email address and the owner themselves called us and got the issue resolved in just a few hours.What great experience. Oh, and we are saving a ton of money on our energy.In short, I recommend you choose this company if you’re looking for solar. Ask for Patrick! Thank you guys for getting us set up!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Element Energy to install solar panels on our home. From the solar advisor, the crew that installed the panels and the people that work in the office everyone was just wonderful to work with. They made the whole experience so easy , and everyone was readily available to answer all our questions and we had a lot! A great deal of time and care was put in to customize different options for our home and our needs. Again always a quick call or text away to answer all our questions and discuss concerns. The crew that installed the panels was fast and efficient and very professional. They really made us feel like we are a part of their family and took the time to make sure we were comfortable every step of the way. As an added bonus they also offer a front line worker discount , which was a nice surprise. If this is something you are interested in I highly suggest you give them a call. Very professional company right from the extremely knowledgeable salesman to the always pleasant and helpful office staff to the very respectful installers. Everyone I dealt with was wonderful and handled their part of the job with great pride. They were very patient with my many questions, followed through with the job as described and everything went exactly as planned. All details were covered, they secured the permit and placed it in my window first thing the day of installation and the crew cleaned up every little scrap, no debris left behind when they left.The experience could not have been any easier, more convenient or more pleasant. Getting our Solar from Element Energy was a great experience.From the moment, the two young men came to my front door to canvas for a potential client, till we received our maintenance book after the final installation. The process was very professional, stress-free, and easy.The evidence of a well functioning professional team was very evident. All our questions were always answered in a timely manner.We are more then pleased with this company and would highly recommend them . We love our Solar and we are so happy that we are able to do something positive for the environment. Plus having a monthly bill from PSEG of less then $15.00, is a real bonus.

We contemplated going solar for a long time, and after getting numerous estimates decided to go with E2Sys last August. Once I signed the paperwork and was told a timeframe for the approval process, I heard nothing from them until they called to tell me my install was scheduled — meaning I had to scramble to get someone to be home since I was told I would get a call to schedule the install myself. When we came home after the install, it was missing panels that had already been discussed months prior, so they had to come back to correct it, which admittedly was done two days later, so it happened quickly. However, my install was 10/31 and the fix on 11/2, and as I write this on 3/11 my system has still not been turned on. My first town inspection in November failed, and I reached out to get the issue corrected — again, basically ghosted for two months. I finally got through to Charlie in management in January, and he told me he went ahead and scheduled my inspection — without bothering to correct the problem from the first one (it was literally a sticker that needed to be added). So when my second inspection failed I was livid, and it took until 2/8 for a third inspection to pass. It has now been over a month since I first reached out the day of the inspection to inform them that the inspection passed, and not a single phone call has come my way, no one has turned in my system. So basically at this point I’ve spent thousands of dollars to put shiny objects in my roof that have no value whatsoever. I would recommend literally any other solar company, as I’ve had more correspondence with companies I did not sign on with than I have had with E2Sys since I made my apparently misguided decision

From start to finish Element did phenomenal. I can speak from the perspective of a general contractor being I have my own business. Element really went over & beyond to just do awesome. They did not rush me at all and always answered any questions I had. . Also the installers were excellent from the initial design to the install. I’ve already recommended to a few customers that feel the same. Even after my job was done the office made sure to follow up to make sure everything was complete. We got our solar panels installed last month.Element Energy Systems couldn’t have been better to deal with! We were well informed and had no last minute changes.From our initial meetings, to the installation process to our after installation meeting, we have been very pleased all the way. It could not have gone better!Even during this pandemic , every representative wore a mask and maintained a safe distance without having to ask.All aspects of the job were explained in great detail, our individual savings was calculated down to the penny, help with financing given, installation was done quickly and the team totally cleaned up (not one piece of trash left). Once complete, our representative came back to answer any questions and to explain the process going forward.We hope to have a long relationship with Element Energy and will recommend this company to everyone!!! Element Energy gave me fantastic service from the start to the finish of my solar panel installation. They sat down with me and discussed all of my energy needs, including my future plans. They designed several installation patterns then discussed them with me so that I was able to choose the one that was aesthetically pleasing while giving me the amount of energy that my met my current needs- and my future plans. They arranged for all of the services to install the panels, including replacing the badly deteriorated roof and financing for the entire project. They even came back and placed squirrel guard around my panels free of charge when a raccoon decided that nesting under the panels seemed like a good idea. I was impressed with their professionalism and the ease of reaching them when I had a problem. I would recommend them to anyone looking to install solar panels.

This company is absolutely amazing from beginning to end. They are extremely responsive and nice. I have had other solar companies come to me to offer quotes but none of the others were so specific and careful in mentioning every detail of the process. During installation day the crew was proactive in suggesting ideas to keep my siding intact. Their works was neat and left everything in great condition. I cannot say enough good things. We spent a lot of time researching solar companies that had top end installations, knowledgeable staff and clean well placed solar panels on homes and concluded that our purchase could only be done by Element Energy Systems. They were able to meet what we were looking for and provide a 100% satisfaction level of engineering to completion of our system. My experience with Element Energy Systems was outstanding. I had solar panels installed by another company a few years ago. We noticed that one of the panels was not registering. We tried contacting our company that installed them to find out they were out of business. We contacted many solar companies (and even tried "Home Advisor") and no one wanted to touch them. We tried finding someone for over 9 months. Element Energy Systems was recommended by a friend who was having their panels installed by them. They mentioned my situation to their installer and was told to have me contact them. I contacted Mike and he retuned my call immediately. We agreed (for a set fee) to have Mike research the problem. After some discussion he was able to determine the type of system I had. He happens to deal with the same type. He was able to determine the issue and contacted the manufacturer to have the part replaced. It was still under warranty. Once he received the part he had it installed. Everything is working wonderfully. I am very satisfied with Element Energy Systems.

In my experience, the best measure of satisfaction with a contractor or company is if you would recommend them to a relative, friend or even your next door neighbor. Regarding Element Energy Systems I have done exactly that and without hesitation!Other reviews have already mentioned the high quality of workmanship performed by the Element Energy Systems install crews. All I can add to what has already been said is that their workmanship is indeed top notch with great attention to detail which includes meticulous panel alignment and hiding wiring conduits wherever possible to help maintain the aesthetic value of our homes. The big national solar installers don’t seem to care where they place panels or run their conduits resulting in ugly installs and unsymmetrical panel layouts that stand out like a sore thumb to passerby’s.Another area where Element Energy Systems shines (pun intended!) is unparalleled access to the owner, sales reps and office support staff. At 7:30PM on a Sunday night (some time before my install started) I came up with a question which I wanted to address with Element Energy Systems Monday. So I called the owner’s cell- which he gladly gives you access to… with the intent of leaving a voicemail message for the next morning. Well, to my surprise the owner answered my call live at 7:30PM Sunday night and we had a very pleasant hour long conversation about my question and then solar energy in general. He was in absolutely no hurry to get me off the phone even though it was now 8:30PM on a Sunday night. Another thing you’ll find is the entire team at Element Energy Systems are extremely enthusiastic regarding solar energy and renewable energy overall which probably contributes the high workmanship quality of their installs.In conclusion, I have no reservations giving Element Energy Systems a Five Star rating and would highly recommend them to anyone who’s interested in solar/renewable energy systems for their home or business.

I would highly recommend Element Energy to anyone who wants to go solar or any other type of renewable energy. They deliver on their promises and stay in touch throughout the process. Everyone I dealt with during the entire process, starting with the sales rep, installers, to those who followed up after installation, was very professional and courteous. I like the fact that they don't send a sales rep to your house to bore you with a 2 or 3 hour presentation and pressure you to sign up right away. Our initial meeting lasted about 45 minutes with the sales rep. He does all the work upfront and only presents the important data, to me that's the numbers, and you decide. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Element Energy. When I called in I got a prompt response and their salesperson met me that week. He was a wealth of knowledge and knew so much more than the representatives from other companies in terms of a shading analysis, the best way to design the system while making it aesthetically pleasing, limiting wires and conduit all over the place, etc...and the price was very competitive. The team that coordinated the permits was very efficient and delivered in less time than promised. The install team was friendly and finished in a matter of days despite some bad weather. They trouble shot my wifi system and set me up with a great monitoring technology so I can see what I produce each day. The salesman followed up with a site visit upon completion to walk me through everything. I couldn't suggest Element Energy any higher!

Well I have to say in speaking with the rep from EES, I was completely satisfied with our discussion and review of all the material he had prepared for our meeting. Having just built our house and dealing with all the trades, I was blown away by his thoroughness.. I had many questions and thought I new quite a bit about solar, turns out , not quite,lol. We discussed the elec grid, supply, breakdown of an electric bill and the challenges Long Island will be facing in the future. Highly recommend! We had an excellent and effortless experience with the installation of our residential solar system by Element Energy Systems. We initially contacted for a consultation and estimate. The salesman was extremely informative, professional, and responsive, spending a great deal of time explaining the cost/benefits, process and alternative approaches available. Yet there was never any pressure to commit, and he gave us the time and resources to do our own research and analysis. All technical planning, coordination, permits and approvals were handled by them flawlessly, with effective communication on status. Installation occurred over a 4-day period due to weather interruptions, by a team of professionals who clearly knew exactly what they were doing. We can monitor solar energy production on a neat app, and on clear sunny days now in mid April in Cutchogue NY, are producing appx 50 KwH. Installation of a solar system was an investment, to be sure, but more affordable due to Federal and State Solar Tax Credits (ITC). Our carbon footprint is greatly reduced, and so too are our energy bills!
