They used to be fine. However, they no longer seem to support their installs on Shelter Island. I emailed them 12 times, left various voicemails and even went to their location. They do not respond. Avoid if you need help post installation.

I used North Fork Audio Video when building our house. The AV design and installation was excellent. More importantly, they provide excellent post installation service. If you have a question you receive a quick response. Bottom line—I would hire them again for any AV project

I was looking for a very old 4 inch speaker Gary the owner looked in his old stock couldn't find it but he tried that's why he rates five stars with me
