I've worked with Global for about 15 years now. They have their fair share of ups and downs, but the real killer is how long it takes them to pay an invoice. I get that you collect payment from the clients and then issue payment to your contractors but honestly, running the numbers, you average 147 days to remit payment. To top it off, they were adding a 35% markup to my services for their clients! I mean, I thought I was the one providing the punchlines, but this markup is the real joke! Where do you get off holding payment, then charging a management fee, AND adding a markup to my work? In any case, clients should know they could save themselves by going directly to the contractor. We have now retained those clients and passed the savings off onto them.

My company has been working with Global for almost 3 years now and all I can say is that Global is a great company to partner with in this industry. I've met with the owner, account managers, project managers and every time I meet with them I come out very thankful to be part of their vendor network. The teams are very respectful of the partnership and they are always looking out for both the client and the vendor interests. I am a vendor working with Global for 16 years. They are always updating their system to make it easy & reliable for employees, customers & vendors. I have never had problem getting paid. I always get checks on time . Global has high end customers therefore the vendors have to have the knowledge and be honest & on time. If you have those, Global is the best to work with. you will get well paid for good job you do. All team members ( regular hr. & after hr ) are friendly & nice & they are truly 24/7 .I also have to say THANKS to Global management for their great support for me& my family while I was in hospital for 1.5 month. They are like family. KEEP GOING GLOBAL.

Contractors beware they will try to stiff you on your invoice. We were sent an approved PO, completed the work sent in our invoice along with photos and their documentation. Now they are telling me the approved po was only to provide an estimate and the work hasn't been completed. Seriously! You think we don't know what jobs we've completed! We will be contacting the corporate office of their customer to notify them we will be placing a lien on their facility. DON'T do business with these crooks!

We have been partners with Global for the past 15 years, everything has been great over that time, no issues to complain about. We routinely receive new services calls and mini projects by email, all updating for work is done by email or phone call regularly during each day. Hopefully they feel the same way about us as we do about them. We will continue our relationship with them into the future gladly.

I am currently a vendor for now but not for long because Global facility maintenance is a company that is a little bit below okay to work for. But I just want to inform anybody who contracts with them or is looking for one a contract, this company do not like to pay especially on time they always having a problem with their pay or they will tell you they mailed it out in a week later you still don't get your check and then they'll say when you call back again a week later we just mailed it out again on a Friday and you still don't get your check so now you waiting three weeks just to get paid for a job that you completed over 2 months ago. And everytime you say I just spoke with somebody about that they will deny it and say we don't have no record of it but will try to get your check out today lies on top of Lies and then it may be the wrong amount. We work with another company that when they say you're going to get your check you get it on time or even before time the other company even have direct deposit why would you Global facility management and construction still be mailing a check out with all of this technology. To get people paid faster and quicker without the issues of the mailLook at the other reviews from other vendors having the same issue with the pay the lies they tell

Dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare! They were wonderful until we completed the work for them. Then they wanted additional certs of ins claiming they were necessary before a check could be cut. I emailed the required paperwork several times to 3 different departments. When I finally spoke with a manager today, he stated our invoice was submitted 17 days after it actually was. Now they are postponing payment for another 30 days!?!?! If this company calls wanting you to do work at one of the properties they "manage" RUN!!! Or charge 3 times your normal rate because you will end up spending hours of wasted time trying to get payment for your work!!!

This company uses every trick they can to avoid paying their bills. They either do not pay their bills or do not pay their bills on time. Vendors should avoid offering terms to this company. We offered EMERGENCY service to them and billed them lower than our normal daytime rate. Despite our best efforts to offer them exceptional service when they were in a crisis, the bill is long overdue and has still not been paid. They have no respect for or interest in long-term business relationships and when it is time to pay they have no integrity. I strongly recommend that you avoid doing business with this company and seek business partners who are interested in positive, long-term, MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL business relationships.

Hello wow. Was a great company till. I get 5 phone calls a day for a week,, then spent $10 to fax paperwork.,, only to be told they found someone else,,, now that's OK... But why call me 5 time a day for a week. Oh and don't let McKenzie Help you. Because you get paid your money,,next year.

Absolutely a gong show of a company. As a plumbing contractor in Hamilton , Ontario word of advise to others...STAY AWAY FROM THEM read there reviews wish I had prior.! I get 5 calls a day from all sorts of different people who work in there office about the smallest invoice. We sent in all prior documents...yet they say there holding back payment if we don’t send them there paper work??? Really? Mackenzie was the one we dealt with. At the end of the day you’ll work harder trying to collect your money then actually doing the plumbing job itself. Not worth the Admin work period.

The worst company I’ve ever worked for my entire life. They treat everyone like garbage and managers are the biggest hypocrites in the world. They use and dispose workers so easily as if they mean nothing and make you do task after task for 8 hours nonstop. If you dare look at your phone or do anything unrelated to work even for a second the managers get angry and write you up. If you’re looking for a full time position, look ELSEWHERE. Global overworks you, underpays, and constantly makes you do their biding with no respect for you or your time. You’ll end up feeling like just a cog in their machine. If I could leave ZERO stars, I would.

Even though the invoice is already 49 days old, when I finally got a response, it was to tell me it would take another 2 weeks to get paid. Absolutely no explanation or apology for the delay. I guarantee it won't happen again, since I will never accept another work order from them.

A bunch of buffoons, their staff approves a "scope of work" and two weeks after work is completed ask why did we do that and have kahoons to request the invoice be cut 40%. Contractors may want to avoid this clown act.
