I had a really wonderful experience with Patriot Electric. Ron and Mark came to install and rewire my kitchen ceiling fan and replace the light switch with a more modern option. My old kitchen fan had one working bulb that was dimming and we suspected a short. So, we called them, and I have no regrets. The option I chose I love because it provided me with access to control the fan and the light in one switch. (see photos attached). They provided me with improvement options to consider and walked through the entire work that would be performed. I am satisfied with their work and their professionalism. They were friendly, wore masks the entire time, brought their own cloth tarps to avoid walking on our carpet (they also had booties to cover their shoes). They communicated with me regularly about the work to be done in my home. The cost of the work was reasonable and I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of doing electrical repairs or improvements in their home.Services: Fan installation, Electrical outlet & switch installation

I rarely write reviews, but in this case I truly believe that Neil and his team at Patriot deserve a great write-up. We had a semi-emergency on Christmas Day, called Patriot that evening and they were back to me 1st thing the next morning. Neil was able to get to our home the following day, diagnose the situation, provide us with a short-term solution and get me scheduled for the permanent fix (performed by Bill & Ron). Work performed was excellent, the guys were here all day and did a great job. Highly recommend Neil and the whole team at Patriot! The experience as great! The team was professional and went above expectations. I say this, and would have given 5 Stars, except the original estimator who came over did not take fan replacement measurements in the ceiling. When the team came to install days later, it was the wrong fit. So they went to their supply warehouse, left my job site, and came back with a fan that fit! Other than that, they were great. 5 Stars if the original estimator didn’t make a mistake. I recommend.Service: Fan installation

We had a power outage and the generator kicked on like it should. However, when the power came back, not everything worked. We thought we had a power surge the blew a lot of our lights and electronics. We waited 6 hours for the utility company to arrive. After about an hour they deduced there was a fault in the transfer switch for the generator and we were only getting half the power that was being supplied to the house. I called Patriot at 9:30 pm on a week night and left a message... Thinking I would not hear back until the next day. To my surprise, Neil called me back almost right away (maybe 10 minutes after I left the message). He asked if it was OK to come out that night and said he'd be here within the hour. He spent close to an hour trying to fix it but didn't have the needed part. He was able to restore full power before he left and was back a couple days later with the part we needed and had everything fully working again. I am so thankful, for their dedication to their and appreciation of their customers. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.Service: Electrical power restoration

There are not many electrical contracts that provide the best service as I experienced with Patriot Electric. They worked with us to provide the best price that would fit within our budget. The honesty of what was proposed and the work completed was unbelievable. The staff working on our project were so nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They cleaned up at the end of each day and left the project without any mess.What you don't find today are contractors that are honest, friendly, concerned about the customer, and listened to our concerns. I would recommend Patriot Electric to anyone that asks for my opinion. Patriot electric installed a full house standby generator for us. The techs were very friendly and knowledgeable. They completed the job in the time they had said even though the weather was not good. All the people I interacted with atpatriot were very helpful and nice. Truly a great experience. My experience with Patriot Electric was excellent, I recommend these guys to you. Neil and Bill were very professional in every aspect you can imagine. They came into my home and wore shoes disposable on both occasions which was very nice. They explained every question that came across, they were clean and did not leave any mess behind. I originally called them for a problem I was having with my lights in the kitchen, Patio deck, and Bedrooms. After a few weeks went by the problem was still going on and off and coming right back. Afterwards power went out and never came back. I needed some work done for my pool. They showed up when they said they would. The quality of the work was high. Also, the owner worked on troubleshooting an issue that arose. He came back the next day just to recheck things and make sure he was comfortable with all the work that was done. I've had issues with other electricians, late for appointments, work that was incomplete, recurring problems, etc. Patriot is my go-to electrician now.

I was really impressed and overall satisfied with the entire experience. I was given multiple service level options at different prices since cost was a huge factor for me. They took a 50% deposit to order the parts and came on time as scheduled and got the work done quickly and efficiently. The cost was fair, not over or under priced. I have an older electric system (from 1960s) so I was also impressed that they brought an electrician who had lengthy experience installing the system I had- it reinforced my confidence. Everyone that works for Patriot Electric are just nice people on top of it all, so it was really pleasant overall to deal with them. Everything is working great and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

There just aren't enough stars to rate Patriot Electric! I would recommend this company until the cows come home! They live up to their motto, "Honest, Good Faith Service!". Where do I start?They are timely! Came at the earliest time of their time window and we didn't have to wait or wonder where they are!(Optimum? Are you listening?) The crew was courteous, respectful, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. They all wore masks due to COVID and kept them on even in the 102 degree attack while pulling wire! How they put a ceiling fan in the middle of the room and have it look like it magically appeared with no change to the room is beyond me! Absolutely fantastic job for all three electrical projects they needed to complete for us. They are meticulous right down to the very last detail to ensure we as the customer are completely happy with their work. It really looks like this work was done right at construction before the walls went up. Remarkable! Also, one of the owners, Joe, came on the first estimate visit and spent 2 hours with us going over all the options and suggestions to get the most out of what we wanted. There were things we didn't even consider but made sense after discussing with Joe. Most companies come in, look quickly, write stuff down and say "here is what it will cost , let us know". These guys take the time to truly understand our needs and provide the best outcome for what we wanted. I will never use another electric company again. Patriot is my hometown go-to!

Patriot was very dependable and got the job done as promised. They are very good about confirming appointments and showing up when they say. Rare nowadays. I had questions after the job and Joseph went the extra mile answering all my questions. I am confident they did a good job, but, of course, I can't see it -- it's in the walls. :) It's not like getting new flooring. But everything works and they cleaned up after themselves very well and no collateral damage -- all of which are very important to me. Thank you!!!
