Gerlando, at Purpura Construction, was receptive to questions and concerns. Honest and hard-working. Whenever there were change orders or any modifications to the plan, he was open, flexible and available to make those changes. If something didn’t go right he fixed it willingly. His responsiveness, honesty and being seriously hardworking were important but as a woman what I appreciated most was that he didn’t “over simplify” technical explanations; he was forthright. I was able to work with him at a high functioning level which was key to a productive mutual collaboration and a beautifully completed project as the final result.
