We gave Melvin and his crew a large project to undertake. New roof, sistering roof joists, new sheathing on the house + pvc trim, lp smart siding and cedar shingles. Not massively complex, but tons of small details that require an experienced builder. We were extremely pleased with their work. Showed up bright and early when they said they would, worked all day, no drama, no issues. Honestly, they were a blessing, we are new to the County and I was really thankful to find them.
