They are great and live up to the name, Reliable.They installed gutters with toppers about 20 years ago. One of the main considerations that led us to hire them was their Lifetime Guarantee on the product. So, on the occasions over the decades that the gutters did get clogged, a simple call (during which they couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating) they very quickly scheduled a crew to come out and check and unclog the gutters. Never a hassle, quick, efficient, thorough, always courteous and of course... Reliable. Just great! Don't get gutters/toppers without shopping them!

As their name says , they are reliable, as well as courteous and fast. Whenever I call them to do routine maintenance they always get right back to me. That is rare nowadays.

We decided on A & J Reliable because they had done good work for us in the past and because their price was fair. They came when they said they would and installed a new roof as promised and we were pleased. They also replaced four windows in the roof area but there were unforeseen prior construction problems. Though it was not an easy fix Marc came back and did everything he could to make things right. The fellows who did the work were highly skilled, competent and efficient. They considered possible solutions with us until we were satisfied even though it cost them an extra day of work. They were courteous and cleaned up very well. I wholeheartedly recommend A&J. They truly live up to their name: Reliable. A rarity these days!

A&J repaired and reattached soffit trim that had fallen off in the wind. The workers were skilled and efficient, and the sales/office people knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend their work, and would engage them for other projects.While fixing the soffit A&J staff noticed worn and broken collars around two sewer exhaust pipes on the roof. They replaced the two collars in a timely and efficient manor.

A & J Roofing Company is truly the best! They replaced our roof about 25 years ago and we have NEVER had an issue or problem with it. But last week the attic fan they had installed many years ago started to make a loud noise. I called and spoke to Alex who was polite, accommodating and professional on the phone. He sent Jose out today to inspect the fan with the assumption that it would need to be replaced. As it turned out, a bird had flown into the fan. Jose inspected it, removed the bird and determined that the fan is working fine - no need for a replacement at this time. Hard to find professional, caring and honest companies these days. About 25 years ago, A&J redid our roof, and installed the gutter toppers gutter guards. They gave a lifetime guarantee to the gutter toppers, and said they would come out and clean the gutters without charge if they got clogged. Well, this season they did get clogged. I called up A&J, and within a week they had a crew come out and clean up the gutters. A&J is truly reliable. Next time we need the roof redone, I will call A&J. A&J installed a covered gutter for me a couple of years ago. The work was excellent and the team was professional. A&J guarantees their gutter covers and cleans them for free if there is any obstruction. Because I live in a heavily wooded area, I have asked A&J to clean the covered gutter a couple of times (once per year). They did the initial gutter install on my home years ago and we were very happy. Recently, we called for some maintenance and gutter cleaning - a tough job on our old three story home surrounded by old tall trees. They provided an assessment and two options depending on the severity of the work needed. They did an excellent job cleaning the gutters, handling the tricky spots, and were able to fix the bent gutter instead of replacing it.
