Premium Construction did a wonderful job with our roof for an affordable price point. As of today (1 day post completion) we are very satisfied with the work done. Leading up to the job, John was in constant contact answering any and all questions we had and there was never any doubt about what was going on. His crew worked on the project professionally and efficiently. We are looking to do our bathroom next and I believe we’ll be sticking with Premium Construction & Development!

I had an amazing experience working with premium construction on my deck and putting in railing on my front steps. We brought 5 contractors out to give estimates but John explained everything in detail. It took us a few months to decide on when to start repairs but as soon as I met John I knew I would provide Premium Construction with my business. Everything was done timely and the work was exquisite. The deck required a permit and took a few weeks. But we were so happy with the end product.

He patiently answered all my questions and made the entire process stress-free. The project was completed without any delays, and the quality of workmanship exceeded my expectations.I typically hesitate to ask for assistance beyond what's specified in a contract, but John went above and beyond. He not only offered his help but stayed by my side throughout the entire project, consistently checking if there was anything else I needed and making sure the work was done per my requests.The Workers were exceptional! Premium Construction was tasked with their first job at my home. Simply enough, it was a gutter cleaning. I know it sounds expected, but they were extremely responsive, courteous and respectful and put a lot of care and attention into doing the job perfectly. Best experience with a contractor I have had in 5 years of homeownership. They came to repair a botch job by a previous contractor, didn't give me hassle and found other potential serious issues. Everything was corrected expeditiously, professionally, and most importantly Correctly!
