I recently had the pleasure of working with Bellet Construction on a major renovation project for my property, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. From start to finish, their team demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication.I was particularly impressed with their commitment to completing the project on time. They adhered to the agreed-upon schedule, and the project was finished as promised, which is quite rare in the exterior construction industry.One of the reasons may be because they were so properly staffed with workers for a project of this size.

I had to pay 50% of the project to get it started. For reasons that were largely out of their control, the project was delayed for approximately a year and they held my money. Once they started the project: Day 1-they couldn't get on to the job site and didn't tell me for 3 hours. Day 2-had one elderly man carrying one large piece of equipment at a time by himself through my office to the job site. Day 3- the crew went to the "wrong job" and didn't show up until 3pm. Day 4-they are "waiting for the delivery truck" and so are not here. Then the supervisor tells Bellet he is on the scaffolding when he is not even here. Need I say more? I am an attorney so can easily enforce my rights, but who wants to do business like this?

What can I say Wayne bellet couldn't replace a cracked brick for a million bucks his work. Is poor quality .his workers are a joke don't use this company u will have problems
