My chimney had many issues. One being the fact that the smoke wasn't coming out properly due to a high concentration of tar. I called Paragon to co.e and check it out and they scheduled me in right away. It was a sense of urgency on my end and they picked it up pretty quick. Came on time, saw what the issue was and went straight to work. Had my chimney cleaned out within 3hrs worth of work. Before they left, had me confirm that the job was done properly too. Paragon's staff were prompt, courteous, and professional. They were careful not to wear their work boots on my floors out of courtesy. The tech we had saw a clogged downspout we hadn’t noticed, cleared it as best he could, and made some great recommendations. We paid for a simple service call for a fireplace inspection, and they did that with photos and a full report. But they also left our home in better shape than they found it. Paragons staff is beyond amazing!! They did an excellent job relaying chimney crowning, spot-cutting bricks and repairing our gout. They also put plastic covering in case of rain and came back to waterproof the chimney(we didn't even ask for that!). The tech also helped fixed my shutter and loose gutter nails. He was very kind, knowledgeable and experienced and loves his work. I am beyond satisfied and grateful for the beautiful work they did at such a reasonable price. I will definitely use Paragon in the near future again!
