We received quotes from a couple different businesses when deciding on replacing our roof. Campany was competitive and reasonable. They gave a thorough estimate, answered all of our questions, and addressed a couple concerns we had about our roof. A 50% down payment was required with the contract, which was on par with the other companies we considered. The estimated about 4-6 weeks, weather-pending, and they started the job around 4-5 weeks. They called the day before to let us know they were coming and they showed up right on time the next day (actually a few minutes early). Within 15 minutes they were already getting down to work. They put in a full two days of work on our 4000+ sq ft roof. We also requested to add on a small change work order to insulate a bay window roof that would be open and they were very accommodating. We had a few minor things that needed to be touched up after the roof was finished which they came out, assessed, and quickly fixed a couple days later. Overall, everyone from the estimator, to the office staff, to the crew that did the work were all polite and professional. Communication before, during, and after was great. We've received many compliments on the new roof and are very pleased with the quality of work. From the estimate to completion, absolutely first rate! All it took was one phone call, showed up for the estimate when promised. Estimate was fair and outlined exactly what I wanted done as well as what was needed to do to complete the job. Job was completed in one day (entire house roof stripped and new installation as well as repair of previous damage to my garage roof) as promised. Cleanup was amazing, no debris, garbage or nails were found anywhere! Campany Roofing has my highest recommendation. Thanks for doing a great job and giving me one less thing to worry about! If you need a new roof or damage repair, give Campany a call.

Not sure of all the employees, but I was in a large gas station today (Liverpool, NY), and quite a few Campany Roofing employees came in. Two of them were exceptionally rude after cutting off a senior citizen in line, and when he said "Come On!" the Campany employee in front told him to "Go f*** himself, you move too slow." They were wearing Campany Roofing branded tee shirts, and driving Campany Roofing branded vehicles. They may be work horses when it comes to roofing, but I don't tend to think it's a great idea to support a business that hires callous buffoons to represent them in the public eye. And, I have pictures, if there's any doubt. Suffice to say, it was the guys in the red pickup truck. The other ones cut in line but weren't so rude and threatening to a senior citizen.Update - I have changed my review to reflect the efficient and professional response the company had when I posted my initial 1-star review (above). I am leaving the original review, but am updating t 4 star to reflect the professionalism in dealing with the company based on the original review. I still feel that employees are the first and foremost representation of a company, and in the age of social media with reviews and feedback at everyone's fingertips, it's best to remind the employees that their actions while representing the company, on the job or not, is best to do with manners and respect.

If I could give less than 0 stars, I would. The owner came, shook my hand, looked me in the eye and made A PROMISE to take care of my problem. Took my money and made my problem worse. Several phone calls were made and barely any were returned in almost a year. I will spend my whole summer finding out how to spread the word about this company. I am surprised they get any jobs around here or any good reviews.Oh, maybe they just did not take a single woman with an accent seriously ?!? Or my roof problem was not a big money maker? Think twice before you hire....

Have called them several time to get work done on my roof. They installed the roof several years ago and I have some minor issues I need to get resolved. When I call they say the are busy, several weeks out and will call back. They never call back. I thought they would appreciate the repeat business. I guess not.
