I worked with them very briefly just to get a quote to build a 480 sq foot tiny home on a 20 thousand dollar piece of land... they quoted me $300 THOUSAND DOLLARS JUST TO BUILD MY TINY HOME!!! THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS!! There are 1600 sq foot plus or minus BRAND NEW construction homes with more land in a more upscale area in the same area I wish to build for THAT AMOUNT OR LESS! .... are they serious!!? Whaatt?????TAKING ADVANTAGE??? OR DESPERATE????
