Precision Contractor just finished a project at my house and I’m so happy to have found them! In order to bring our house up to code to get a Certificate of Occupancy, the City of Poughkeepsie was requiring us to have our garage drywalled and fire-sealed, and add additional balusters to our exterior deck staircases.I first reached out to Precision on a Saturday evening, and I got a call from the owner, Jon the next morning. He came over a few hours later to see the scope of what had to be done, sent me an estimate that same day, and then the crew started the work a few days later. They came promptly each morning and worked all day, finishing the whole project in just three days. Jon was also super helpful by keeping in contact with the city building department to make sure things were done to code.The work was all done professionally, quickly, and at a fair price. I will definitely be calling Precision Contractor the next time I need work done at my house!

Precision Contractor Construction did an Outstanding job restoring the plaster walls and ceilings in my historic home. They consulted with me on the best way to maintain the historic look of the 150 year old plaster walls. Enrique and his crew were very respectful of my home. You would know who I was if your phone number was still in service. I tried calling but number is longer in service. I tried speaking to an employe of yours about a lift on a city street when you have a driveway at the house your company is working on. He was rude and aggressive. There are people on the street that could use the parking spot and the lift has not moved in a month. Try paying your phone bill and its would not have come to this. I could have spoke to someone and cleared this fall up.

Employee of yours did work for us. Has been shady the whole time and took a down payment from us and then all of a sudden stopped showing up for work. Please give me a number to call you about this as it is very disturbing.
