Good selection of beers and excellent food. Enjoyed a 6 cut pizza and Buffalo wings as well as garlic parm wings. Excellent waitress, Kaitlyn, who was hustling taking good care of her tables.Only thing to suggest is reducing the time to get a beer at the bar. There were two bartenders and both were bogged down with filling table orders, often making time consuming cocktails. Someone should be sweeping the bar frequently, filling the needs of these customers. Perhaps one more staffer during peak times.

Dined here on 08/27, not spectacular but not horrible. I was expecting a little more “wow” I suppose from being on the rooftop. When I observed the cocktails were served in a bag to others as though at the height of the pandemic again, I opted for the beer (it is a brewery)! Enjoyed a nice view, a beer and a bite. In retrospect, I wonder if having ordered a more customized pizza from the options would have changed my experience. I would go again for the beer and the ambiance.

My family is obsessed with Zeus Brewing so it was time for me to check it out as well.There is no bad seat at Zeus, inside is beautiful and outside (including the rooftop patio) is stunning.Beer options are plentiful and all delicious but the cocktail options are also fantastic. Highly recommend their house made refreshers which have fresh fruit juice and their own cider.Great selection of food but wood fired pizza is always my go to when on a menu. We had the Zeus pie and it was amazing, topped with a delightful amount of ricotta, OBSESSED.As if it couldn’t get any better, the service was phenomenal. We sat at the upstairs bar for lunch and while Max the bartender was busy, he also made us feel like we were the only ones there. Max was friendly, passionate, attentive and made a great drink. Amazing staff all around at Zeus and delicious food and drinks, I’d highly recommend Zeus Brewing Company for your next meal out.

One in a million, no, but very good, yes. Lively place, wide beer and food selection, solid daily specials. We started with the Czech dark lager and Zeus NEIPA, thumbs up. Second round was the coffee ale and lemon/hibiscus sour, also worthy of ordering again. Their glassware is fun and fits with the subtle art deco decor. Our server also brought us a sample of the smoky Rauschbier, which was appreciated (and just the right amount). Food was delicious but a little overpriced. Crispy boi chicken sandwich is fabulous, parmesan rosemary fries are flavor-packed (might be an up charge as my sandwich was $3 more on the receipt than the menu). Husband got the Pizza Bianca, which had a great crust but could use some slight adjustments because it was kinda wet and floppy, if toppings were more spread out and prosciutto had some crisp it would be better. Ingredients seemed like good quality but the execution on the pizza could be refined.One thing that could be improved is the menu format. I don’t mind QR code menus but this one is spaced out a lot and requires tons of scrolling, and rescrolling when you can’t remember the name of what you wanted. A collapsing menu that enables you to jump to each item type would be much less clunky.Food and drink aside, Zeus is spacious, appealing, has kind and attentive wait staff, and clean bathrooms. We’ll be back!

Dined here 05/27 with a group of family- general consensus was that our experience could have been better. Nothing egregious, but for the type of venue and previous experiences here we had expected better.From the moment we stepped inside (6:00 pm) the restaurant was far louder than expected. It made it difficult to speak to the other members of our party, and proved to be problematic for our server as well. Twice our orders were not heard correctly which led to the incorrect dishes being brought out. Both of the dishes were close enough to the order that we just ate them, but for the prices at a hip downtown spot we would have preferred what we had asked for.The dishes that were brought out correctly were tasty, and there was no complaints about them. The drink selection was also very nice, and we had several rounds of drinks that were served cold and promptly by our waitress.On a closing note, I had ordered Rosemary fries / frites and when they arrived there was no rosemary to be found. I asked the waitress for extra rosemary on the side, and was brought a small bowl of parsley. It was concerning that the kitchen staff did not know the difference between the two, and I was definitely disappointed.

Was here at the beginning of June and absolutely loved it. We made reservations for the rooftop in the early afternoon. It was hot outside, but we thoroughly enjoyed the views and the food! Couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience! I had the steak sandwich with the gravy (I cannot remember the exact name, but you’ll know it when you see it on the menu!) and it was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had!

This is a really nice place. Pity that parents cannot go to the roof, feels like family shaming- like I can’t bring my son w me out to eat? Lame. Especially on a Sunday or during the day time. Otherwise food was excellent, our waitress was great. Probably would only go again if I could bring my son to the roof deck next time, especially since we went up to PH for a mini vacation.

Been here few months ago and forgot to leave a review. Good place, great view on top terrace. Food was really filling. We had to take some of the pasta and pizza home with us as we couldn’t finish everything.

Went to Zeus for apps and drinks. Our waitress (Jackie) was very knowledgeable about the beers and gave suggestions to our taste. The parmesean rosemary fries were super flavorful, loved the herb taste and the nuttiness of the parm. We ended up ordering 2 orders of these fries. They have a great menu with an expansive bar from all the beers they offer, to wine, cocktails and a good selection of antique bourbon. Great atmosphere, clean with friendly staff.

We stopped through on a drive upstate to break up the time. We had high hopes based on their photos and instagram and were not disappointed. The rooftop is not to be missed! We recommend picking a sunny day and enjoying the views - especially at sunset. Since we came towards the end of their dinner service I added a note to our res to say as much and they were super kind to call me and let me know their kitchen would still be open. When we arrived, we ordered two pilsners and two pizzas. I am allergic to dairy so ordered the veggie pizza with no cheese and it’s probably the first time I ever felt like nothing was missing! It was incredible pizza and to be honest I think their reviews don’t do it justice — it’s that good. Thicker crust that’s a perfect combo of chewy and crispy; plus they don’t skimp on toppings! Really well done. Cannot recommend this spot enough.

Came here for drinks and apps. Negroni was just ok, but the barrel aged gin old fashioned that I had recommended by the staff was phenomenal. The al pastor pizza special was to die for. Shoutout to Bernadette for being the best and bubbliest server I have had at any restaurant in months!

Rooftop bar is amazing. Food was even better and the service was outstanding. They were super busy last night but it didn’t seem like it. Everyone was working like a well oiled machine. The smoked mozzarella sticks and bruschetta appetizers were out of this world. The Steak sandwich with its cream of mushroom dipping sauce was one of the best I’ve ever had. We would absolutely recommend this place and we will definitely be back. Thank you Zeus Brewing.

Came after walking on walkway over the Hudson. Enjoyable moment to look over the Hudson with beer and nice weather on the roof top. Beer was refreshing!! All day happy hour was available on every Thursday. I ended up with three different draft. Italian scallion pizza was also great!! Will visit again whenever I visit Poughkeepsie.

Loved the name of the Wes Anderson themed cocktails. Did not really like the colostomy bag they were served in on the rooftop. The pizza was good and my cocktail was decent. Rooftop was about as nice as Poughkeepsie gets. To me it was just another good brewery in a world filled with breweries but nothing stood out to me as amazing.

Zeus is always amazing! Casual, hip, clean atmosphere. Service was so quick, professional, and friendly. Food is upscale pub with pizza, pasta, sandwiches, burgers, & fun appetizers priced really reasonably. Where you will spend your money is on their craft beers and cocktails, and they are delicious so you will keep them coming, and coming, and coming. We love it there. Very busy throughout the dinner service! We do recommend.

I would like to prefix this by saying the waitstaff is not the problem here at all, they were decently accommodating. My partner and I came to Zeus on a Wednesday night around 6ish. When we were first seated we unrolled the napkins with the cutlery and I found a piece of hair rolled into mine with food on my fork. My boyfriend's napkin had a hole in it, which was the least of the problems in the grand scheme of things. The waitress kindly changed my cutlery and now for the food. The frites were the only good part about our meal, we had those for an appetizer. I ordered the Cacio E Pepe, and my boyfriend was going to order the Steak Sandwich but they ran out of ingredients for it, at 6pm. So he had the BBQ bacon burger which was nothing special other than a patty with bacon and bbq sauce. Mine was not great in the slightest. The pasta was super al dente (undercooked), which made it very chewy. On top of that, the green pepper oil sauce was coagulated together, making it super difficult to even pull it apart to try to eat it. It was like someones reheated dinner from the previous night. The manager I believe, did try to make good on it by taking it off the bill and offering us something else, but at that point I just didn't have much of an appetite. Make your own opinions, but this was a miss for me and my boyfriend.

Very nice place and decent parking in the area. A lot of open seating. They also have roof top seating but they were booked for reservations. We sat out on the patio. Our waitress was very informal about the different beers. We got a flight and took what our waitress recommended. I really enjoyed the cider beer from the flight. We also got a zarchuterie because we love charcuterie boards. It wasn’t anything special as we hoped. We were a little disappointed because it didn’t have much meat and they added vegetables to the board. That’s why we got the BBQ pizza but the pizza was amazing and wasn’t what we expected at all. If your look somewhere to seat and talk over some good pizza and drinks. I would recommend.

I absolutely love this restaurant!! I did my proposal here and I loved it !! The staff were AMAZING!! They helped me with whatever I needed , they checked on me constantly to see if I needed help setting up or anything. The proposal went great and the food was sooooo good !! The calamari gets 5 stars !! Overall loved my experience here and I would definitely recommend.And they are very clean , mask were available and very spacious.Thank you again Zeus Brewing Company Team !! ❤️

The food and drinks were delicious. And you can’t beat $5 sangrias. I would’ve gave it 5 stars but the waitress that we had was a bit rude. It took her a while to come to our table and when she came back with the order of food she slammed the food on table. But aside from that the overall vibe of the place was really nice.

Food was fantastic, beer was delicious. My fave beer was either the Dragon Light or the Noise Machine. Both really light and not too hoppy or overbearing. The fried meatballs in the creamy mushrooms sauce was freaking amazing. So good. I'm going to go home and figure out how to make the sauce. The bartender was very knowledgeable and made some really good food suggestions for us. Can't wait for the rooftop to be open in the summer. This place will definitely be Poppin and do really well. Definitely will come back. Prices are pretty decent to. Well worth it.

Great food at reasonable prices. Sweeping views of Hudson River & Mid Hudson Bridge from their rooftop bar & dining terrace. Need reservations for rooftop & $100 deposit to hold reservation.
