Great company to do business with hands down. Herman is professional and punctual each time I've worked with him. They've rebuilt (reinforced with concrete footings & plywood for all the weight I put in it), insulated, installed cedar shingles and gutters on my shed. Repaired a leak in my roof due to poor flashing, & replaced a basement door due to wood rot. All work was done with attention to detail and the cleanup was superb. We had been in touch with Herman about replacing our roof back in April. Him and his team did an amazing job, they tarped off around the entire property, they used high powered magnets to clean up any nails or debris, they met some of our specific requests with ease, we were able to negotiate a fair and acceptable deal for the entire job. Not only did they replace my entire roof including decking, but they made sure my insulation was in good condition and replaced any that was damaged, they replaced a skylight which now functions beautifully, and they did an awesome job on new gutters around the entire home. We recently had our East Quogue house re-sided by Long Island Construction Plus. I have never dealt with a company that was more professional and exacting with their work. The workers were amazing and left the house each night totally cleaned up. We also decided to add new gutters which are also perfect. Excellent experience. Work was done efficiently and with expertise. Herman, the owner, was personally involved from estimate to completion. He answered questions and promptly addressed any concerns. His crew of experienced individuals were incredibly neat and hardworking. The project went like clockwork with quality materials and with attention toall warranty requirements. Pricing was fair and kept to what was agreed upon. All in all, this company exceeded expectations.

I don’t often leave reviews but when you have a great experience like I did, it is necessary. Herman answered my call for work and gave a great estimate. As I did more research and the original quote changed Herman was on top of it and made sure he accommodated what I wanted. The work was done fast and clean. The siding and roof turned out great.
