I was looking for a shed option for my home. Catskill Shed has a small lot in Remsen not far from my home and I found the perfect 10x10! It was a left over marked down to an amazing discount price that I couldn’t pass up. I spoke with Hannah who cheerfully answered my questions and scheduled my delivery. The shed arrived in proper condition, placed in the designated area and leveled to perfection. I highly recommend Catskill Shed Company and would do business with them again!

We LOVE Sidney Catskill Shed Co! Very professional from the first time we went there. They're delivery driver gouged my driveway when delivering the shed. They missed my driveway by about 4 ft. With some consideration this could have all been avoided.

We purchased a 12 x 32 ft garage from Catskill Shed. We have been very pleased since choosing this company. The process was very quick and professional. The gentleman that delivered our garage was amazing, his equipment can put a garage like ours on a concrete pad as gentle as a feather. Communication was horrible! The price on the shed I bought to this day is marked at $2k less than what I was stuck paying an their only excuse was I basically have to pay for the cost of lumber for the next guy. Lumber is down again an yet I still had to pay that out of pocket. Desperate for a shed for my new lot, I was stuck with the extra cost. Delivery was delayed an had I not called in time, I wasn't even on the schedule even though I was given a date and timeframe. Luckily the delivery driver was so sweet, quick, and knowledgeable which was the only good experience with buying our shed. I'll also add the door had to be fixed when it arrived because it wouldn't shut on its own. Such a nightmare an I don't plan on going back for my next one. The quality overall was good which is why I gave it 3 stars but they really should work on their sales an coordination team for future business.Service: Shed delivery to installation sites

Hannah at Catskill shed was awesome. I ordered a garage from them they had it built and done within a month. My land wasn’t ready for it and Hannah held it for about 4-5 months for me with no problems. She worked with me with the delivery as I had to postpone it a few times. When I was finally read for it Hannah set up a delivery date and it was delivered on that date and the driver Brandon who delivered it out it exactly where I wanted it to go without hesitation. I would definitely recommend Catskill Shed company.

The shed is attractive and weathered well over the winter. Very happy with the quality. There was a huge quantity of sheds to choose from. The installation was amazing. The spot was small and not easy to access but the installers were able to get it in with no trouble.It was a pleasant experience doing business with them.Service: Shed installation

I would highly recommend this company to any one looking for a new shed. I bought two new sheds from them this year, a 10X12 and a 10X20 and they where exactly what I wanted. They are a little more expensive then the ones at Lowe's or Home Depot but like they always say,you get what you pay for. The shed that I purchased from Catskill Shed Company was a beautiful and satisfactory piece of work. I, however, was very disappointed in the service I received from the Sidney office where I purchased it through the entire transaction. I will never do business with them again. The phone calls before purchase, the delivery, and after delivery were issues of concern that were not handled well, professionally speaking.

We sat down with 2 people drew up a layout of a shed/cabin we wanted. Thought everything was great they told us they would get us a quote and we never heard back from them. My husband called 3 times and that was a month or two ago and still nothing. If you didn’t want to do it just say no. Very Unprofessional if they are slow with a quote I can’t imagine how slow it is to have a building put in. We took our business somewhere else.

The ordering of the shed was easy and painless. Delivery was a train wreck at best. My shed was not delivered on date and time promised, with no call from the company stating why. When I called them to see what was going on, I got the run around and no real answer. I've been researching shed's for a bit, and have used all sorts of tools up to and including their very own website , we visited the site this week, and looked at the actual product as this company offers a way to purchase on-line, upon review of the building it met my needs, they have the price list hanging in each building, (took a photo for when we went to the office), in speaking with the staff a few things raised questions, 1. The price was different than listed on their web site versus the price he had given from his computer, 2. The price was different than the one hanging in the building itself, his response was typical of a hired hand, "I've told them the prices were incorrect on the site", "That sheet is not correct, that building isn't even that size.. Businesses overall had an increase in building materials over the course of the past year, however there has been plenty of time to get the appropriate information to the customer, if I had just purchased this on-line would that price have been honored? Too many red flags for me....

The day we were supposed to get our shed they called and said they sold our shed to somebody else then wanted to sell us a different shed for more money.
