We hired this company to do a whole home renovation. We started in October and we’re suppose to be in our home in February. Needless to say we were not in the house until September and the house was not complete. He only did siding on 3 sides of our house and took the shingles off our side porch without replacing them even thou we paid him for all the siding and the shingles. The sheetrock was not sanded before painting and was left splotchy in every one of the rooms of the house. He laid tile in the bathroom without placing the vanity tub, toilet and shower. Leaving the floor with an open toilet drain where the toilet was placed first. He ruined our hardwood floors with sheetrock mud, causing us to have to have them refinished. He refused to put a shower door on the walk in tiled shower. He destroyed our flagstone side wall and steps by driving over them. The people he paid to remove the oil furnace dumped fuel oil all over in our basement stairs and driveway. The front door will not latch and stayed closed.he left construction debris and trash all over the yard, and basement. They treated our house with total disregard and scratches all over new black porch rocking chairs, by stacking them on top of each other. To say we are disgusted is an understatement. We have been forced to file a lawsuit because he refuses to finish the house and make the repairs. He has quit this job three times during the 11 months he held our house hostage. They would only work a few hours and show up once a week if at all. Weeks would go by with no communication and we were stuck not knowing when they would be here. They are the worst contractor in Western NC. Beware!!!!!!!’ Pictures to follow! He took our steel rod in the closet and put up some Janie piece of wood in its place. He removed wood off our closet and replace it with a cheap piece of paneling instead of using the real wood that was here. We are not difficult and just expected to get what we paid him for! I’m response to Tony Kings response, we paid you 2 of the three payments per the contract. Which equates72000.00 the contract states 3rd and final payment when the home was completed. You quit without finishing what work was left! We have filed a lawsuit and if the job gets completed then you would receive final payment. Simple math! The contract was for 108.000 I don’t know what math your using but we don’t owe you anything since you didn’t complete the job!Services: General construction, Tile work installation, Paint indoors

Tony and his employees are the best of the best. No one is more honest and trustworthy. He has done several jobs for me but one was an emergency and he came within a few minutes. My huge kitchen cabinets fell but caught on a blender so they didn’t fall all the way down. Tony. came and handled the situation with his usual calmness and professionalism. Tony king is one of the best men I’ve ever dealt with. I worked for him for 5 years and never ran into anyone as negative and cruel as Candice (the one negative reviewer). I actually worked on that job site and never had a positive experience. I would show up to do my job and if you had questions you couldn’t get answers. She would just be hot boxing a camper with cigarettes and wait till We left to come out and complain about something just trying to rip Tony off. They would buy tons of stuff and just pile it in the way of our work area. Even the sub contractors had to move there stuff that we asked them to move for months just to Complete a job. They are slobs and I would take anything they say with a grain of salt! The true reason it took so long to complete is because she wasn’t paying Tony. On many occasions he asked for draws she said she was good for it turns out she wasn’t. Tony and his crew are the best at repairing and needs, even when a job is quoted and there are more issues pop up during they always explain what’s needs to be fixed and does that so no worries will come later. Never patch so you can’t see issues they fix them. Most honest hard workers ever. I wish I could respond to the one negative comment left. The length it took was because they couldn't make their mind up on cabinets and other things. Tony did alot of work that wasn't included in the contract. Tony is a Godly man who you will never catch out of character. I would list him as a number one contractor for Western Carolina. Been in business 20 years and hope and pray he can get them people for his money and defimation. They even changed the bathroom layout after pipes were in place and wouldn't pay anymore for it to be moved. So I am glad you have a toilet flange in the middle of your floor. You will lose this case simply because of Tony's character.
