My experience with the Cody(the technician) was A+. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The speed at which we were added to the schedule and taken care of was also A+. My issue with the overall experience is that my unit is under 3 years old, put in place by Down East. There was no talk of a maintenance plan when it was put in place, even when I had asked. Now that we are having issues I’m hearing about the maintenance plan which was appreciated because it saved me $$. I can only ask the questions I know to ask. I have no idea what kind of services you offer if I don’t have the information.

Great job, great company. I called after 5pm yesterday and got a callback early this morning and the tech was able to come right out to repair my heat pump. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly but took the extra time to crawl into the nasty space under the house to check every part. Julian warned me up front what the cost would be and explained everything in detail. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks for the quick service!

I was having some issues with my auxiliary heat and Mathias from Down East Heating & Air Conditioning was so helpful. He listened to my concerns and ran a complete diagnostic on my heating system. He stayed more than two hours to rectify the issue and provide guidance about the best steps forward. Timely, patient, and kind service. Highly recommend.

Can't boast about this company enough. We moved into our new home and had a laundry list of HVAC problems that were immediately addressed including emergency calls answered on a Sunday. Throughout the whole process there was a small mistake that was rectified by the management almost immediately. Brian our service technician showed up on time to provide us with our winter HYVAC system check up. He went through all his checks and found a minor problem that didn’t render the system inoperative but needed a part that he didn’t have. He said he would get the part on order and return asap. It took less than 48 hours for him to return and repair. We are very happy with the very quick repair. I want Brian to be our service technician for all our future HYVAC service and repairs.
