It was a great experience working with MCL Roofing! Elizabeth was hands on, accessible and responsive throughout the entire process. All of my questions were answered promptly and patiently. They were very effective dealing with the insurance company on my claim. The crew worked quickly and efficiently. They started early and by the time I came home from work, I had a new roof! I must admit that I thought they were too good to be true, but they delivered on every single promise and then some! I would highly recommend MCL Roofing. Working with MCL Roofing was great! They helped me file a claim with my insurance and when it wasn't covered they gave a great price on replacement. Elizabeth and Dwayne were hands on, accessible and responsive throughout. The crew worked quickly and were finished in a day. The roof was put on a Saturday and after the crew left there was a problem. Dwayne and Elizabeth immediately came to my home and fixed the problem. I am very satisfied with MCL Roofing. First, they helped me with my insurance claim process , then they quickly set up a day for my roof installation. The crew took only one day to put on an Architectural roof on my house. They were prompt, professional, and cleaned up very well afterwards. MCL roofing is the best! They came to see us the same day we called. They were very knowledgeable and thoughtful to our needs . We wanted extra done, and they did it without hesitation. We were waiting on someone else for almost 3 months, and were disappointed with them so we called MCL who were referred to us by a friend. In fact they called when MCL was roofing our house and wanted to come by then. We told them to late, our house is being roofed right now. Thanks but, no thanks! In two days MCL roofing were done. And now we have our new roof. We highly recommend them for your roofing. They are honest, straightforward, and no beating around the bush. And they get your roof done right a way.
